I think you forgot the mention the new unit setup to replicate the work of Examining officer and Releasing officer; called the compliance unit.

There are just too many units to deal with when freight forwarding or clearing a shipment: You have the releasing officer whose primary task to assess shipment declaration, duty paid, and confirm cargo through the examining officer. Despite this, there are other units whose task replicate these two previously mentioned. The CIU, Valuation, enforcement, Gate and compliance, not forgetting FOU on the roads.
Each of these units wants a pound of flesh.

Compliance units appears to be the recent one. They often leave a comment on the single window declaration, requesting to be invited for the container examination. After you are done settling and processing through the releasing officer, you have to repeat the same process at compliance unit.

Zelensky wants American support including security guarantee.. meaning American military presence with a coalition of EU states.

Russia will not accepts EU states and America that’s basically NATO in Ukraine, and will fight hard to prevent this scenario

The US can not give security guarantee because it may result in conflict with Russia (a fellow super power))

The European states like UK and France do not have the light to face Russia indignation in Ukraine with the military support of the US.

Trumps wants the honor as the leader that brought peace to this war, so the pressure on Zelensky to accept a ceasefire, accept Russian demands

The EU especially the Brits are urging Zelensky not to give in. Same way the Brits scuppered the Turkish settlement agreement between Ukraine and Russia.

Russia think Zelensky is an illegitimate leader since his 4 year tenure has expired. So any agreement he signs May be null and void.
