[quote author=mushroomFarm[/quote]Good day mushfarm How’s the sanction affecting food prices in Russia? Are these food items imported or local produce? Any sort of dis stereotyping amongst the different Russian ethnic groups? Do the European -looking groups discriminate against the midEast and Asian-looking group? Now you are out of Nigeria, please can you look back and really tell us what you think our greatest problem is? ( Honestly, I think the people are the problem. I was in ShopRite yesterday. It’s looking “run down” because of the new Nigerian management. The South African have left the business) |
TheRareGem1:Which command and control system? Una like to dey hype nonsense. No be search function on excel spreadsheet Una dey use check person at DSS counter for airport? Now you know why DSS for airport go collect your pali type your surname first to search their excel spreadsheet before passing you to immigration You waste billions and get mediocre result. |
dkidd:Una no dey ever learn… you no know say “that” na advert? You don dey ask contact. 200k no reach to buy good battery. |
WriteerNg:The whole Syria debacles is wrapped up in mystery. Do you honk there was some sort of agreement that let the rebels supported by a Turkey to steamroll all the way to Aleppo and ultimately, after tripartite meeting in Doha, to Damascus that led to transfer of power to rebels by the prime minister? |
justtoodark:Brother.. there is a reason why many think she is right. Think of China. Some parts of China during Qing dynasty were also colonized. The Japanese, the Brits, the Germans had sections they controlled. Despite this history, they built themselves up not waiting for reparations. |
panafrican:Assad brought this upon his country. He had a good chance after Russia help him to quell rebellion and insurgency but he failed to consolidate. He rather disbanded the forces that help win the war against the insurgents: Tiger forces. It appeared in the past 10days there was no one ready to fight for him. This was telling in the rapid retreats of his soldiers from Aleppo, Hama etc. Russia ‘s quietness in the last 10 days is telling. Something was up. The tripartite meeting in Doha, I guess, was the final nail, and a signal to the government in Damascus not to resist. It’s sad, really. As it appears .. Russia May keep her base in the coastal city. Americans in AlTanf and the oil fields Turks will March on to kill the dream of a Kurdish state. |
Judgementa1:Any reliable medium or app to get daily parallel market rates? Some recommended Wise but their rates are off Aboki fx is not correct |
ribbit:Brother… Take it from me… a man who has an extensive travel experience…“Nigeria is an absolute shithole.” Don’t be mistaken.. I am a Nigerian. If you think Lekki and Banana are eldorado. Them no reach… even Abuja no near Capetown in beauty. Attached my exit and entry through O.R Thambo Secondly, I wonder where you got the 100% from?

Botragelad:This news seem like psyops to me. Are you trying hard to make it appear that Israel through the Americans are not the puppet masters behind Jihadist Syrian Rebels ? Note these rebels will - try to block land border to Lebanon; to deny Hezbollah arms reapply through Syria - never advance to Al Tanz ( US occupied area) - not attach American coalition in the north. - try to advance to Latakia What does it tell you? |
Lawalemi:Thought Guardian was reputable |
garykoeman:Which app be this for parallel market rate? |
Elliotwaveforec:Which online platform for parallel rate is this? |
GothamCities:Do you know any reliable online platform to follow fx rate? |
DaddyJapan:This country just likes to waste money buying jets to fight a rag tag bunch. -non standing army without tanks, APCs, even artillery systems. Ukraine has shown drones …cheap drones are the future of warfare. They sell us second jets , and they will bill us much more to get the ammunitions for this jets. We keep wasting money that we don’t have. Why are we so damn foolish in this country… why? We need intel to fight these insurgents. We need loitering drones with very good optics and night IR vision that can stay up for at least 24hrs watching these guys… knowing where they sleep, staging area.. See the advance of HTS on Aleppo and Hama…. Even the Syrians and Russian jets could not stop them. They demoralized the SAA with drones attacks on the Armored Tanks, Carriers and staging area. Cheap drones rigged up with artillery shells .. enough drones. We can get the drones rotor motor and control kits from China, and download 3D diagrams of the drones and 3D print them here in Nigeria. All these will cost a fraction of what we are handing over to France. 1kg plastic filament is about 8000naira Cheap 3D printers …less than $300 Nigeria …. Pls grow brain! |
Sepukku:Bro..from my experience of living in SA and other countries, our people have a lot of work to do in cutting the right image. We tend to draw resentment. Being Loud and flamboyant gives us away. You know there are a lot of Indians here in Nigeria.. but they are not visible. They are quite discreet. |
ribbit:Brother.. don’t compare SA to Nigeria. We have a lot of work to do to bring our cities to SA standard. SA is beautiful . |
Botragelad:Of all sources, Odessa news medium? |
Zooposki:The disgrace is just too much. Same on an ET flight to MMIA today and two Nigerias were in a heated argument over overhead baggage compartment. The IBo guy called the Bini girl, “ your generation is rude.” The Bini girl went into a long tirade that almost turned into Bini versus Ibos, females versus Males brawl. It was so shameful. It felt like a market place. Ground security were called up to settle both sides. I don’t know why we so often appear obnoxious, loud and seemingly ignorant with a fist. Many of the loud mouths had unkempt dreads and wave-on. They all looked so rough… awful sight. Two other guys on a row ahead of me with rough dirty dreads were “nicking” bottles of wines from the hostess cart while she is out to the kitchen. It’s so shameful. These are not the best tasting wines, cheap small brands, but he was eager to “nick” as many as he could. We need to change our ways. Everywhere we go… we get banned! And the list keeps growing |
legitnow1:Happy you saw through the propaganda campaign to portray Russia in a bad light. What is wrong in giving our people job in Russia? At least those wasting their lives in hookup, can now have a chance to legitimate earning |
You guys are always on with these disinformation campaign. What’s wrong with working in a factory in Russia for wages? Inst it better than “no job” in a Nigeria? Isn’t UK and Canada taking our medical professionals to take care of their elderly? Did AP ever write a piece critical of the brain drain that have left many government hospitals empty of medics. Look, I am not against them going to Uk and elsewhere, so also I am for Ru employed Nigeria getting oversea job opportunity. If you don’t use your head, the western media go use am for you. |
it is obvious NL pushes anti-dangote agenda. Is NNPC still importing petrol? Will NNPC allow Damgote to sell less than 990 below NNPC’s bench mark? Did Dangote agree to this benchmark in negotiations for local crude priced in Naira? Are private dealers allowed to buy directly from Dangote? If Dangote sells -at 970 ( landing cost for imports), will IPMAN buy from Dangote ? Since Dangote sells at 960 to ship deliveries, isn’t it possible for them to sell at 970 to IPMAN? Will NNPC/Government allow Dangote to deal freely with local buyers? —— I think NNPC/Government are behind this price benchmark as part of the deal to allow Dangote buy crude in Naira. This way they can maintain the profits from imports. |
Ttalk:Brother… some important points: Interbank transfer of FCY is not possible in the Nigerian banking system. For oversea remittance, you need to buy cash FCY from Aboki and deposit into dorm account to make a transfer. E-dollar is not available in any of the banks Direct conversion of the Naira to FCY is not available in any of the banks except through government initiatives like Form A which is difficult to access. On Wednesday, USD was trading at 1750.. but you can only get the money from Aboki. Banks will give to Aboki at a slightly lesser rate. When you deposit these FCYs to the banks, they turn around and sell these funds to Aboki at parallel rates to cash out. The wholes ayatem is a mess. Why can’t I post a transfer request to my bank and let them convert my naira to FCY and effect the transfer? Why is so hard? - |
Schlumeinstein:City of David… a city with laws that support homosexuality. I guess David is rolling in anguish |

Sholuwa224:It is not about exchange rate. Omani rial is 4000naira to 1 omr. But the place na die. Suffer suffer… no work. Some Nigerians wey dey sleep for construction site dey use bucket fetch AC water overnight to bath |
Some folks are promoting Jordan and middles eastern countries here. My advice to you all… don’t waste your money and time on middle Eastern counties: Qatar, Oman, Jordan etc. You will forever be on labor card You will never ever get permanent residence Taking care of family with your meager earnings will drain life out of you. No social safety net for old age… No pension Nothing! |
olumidedvd:Brother… dont waste your time in Middle East. |
Akinzola:Hi What would be cost of doing plain brown box 30cm x 15cm x 40cm? |
🇮🇷🇮🇱Israeli military witnesses Iranian ballistic missiles hitting their base during yesterday's strikes. |
🇾🇪⚡️The Houthis reported carrying out two attacks on ships linked to Israel. The first operation targeted the British oil tanker Cordelia Moon in the Red Sea. The vessel was reportedly hit by a combination of eight ballistic and cruise missiles, a drone and a manned boat. The attack left the vessel heavily damaged. The second operation targeted the Marathopolis in the Indian Ocean, which was hit by a cruise missile. A subsequent operation targeted the same vessel again as it sailed through the Arabian Sea northeast of the Socotra archipelago. This third strike involved a drone, which reportedly scored a direct hit. Yemen's military has explained the military action as part of a broader effort to support the Palestinian and Lebanese people. |
🇺🇸🇮🇱🇮🇷⚡️American ships in the Mediterranean Sea shot down several missiles during Iran's attack on Israel, the Washington Post reported, citing US officials. Earlier, the Iranian news agency IRNA reported that US ships were unable to intercept Iranian missiles. |
