I am a believer in food storage, but excessive food storage that preserves the food nutients is one that must be studied before applying. Example preserving tomatoes by grinding and places like sesame oil over it preserves as much of its butrients as possible.


I am never against the concept of food storage but embracing the concepts as you are brandisging it is nothing but lack of education. The money you are trying to save is far more thab the equvalent of buying it regularly at the peak quality form.
