TravelRe: Any Nigerians In Oahu Or Honolulu? by owo2000: 6:26am On Oct 23, 2009
Yes indeed if you ask around at Word of life church they will tell you. About 4 years ago a Redeemed Christian Church was operating under a Pastor Kanayo. Also if you go to that University close to China town on the way to Waikiki. You will surely run into some Nigerians. Take care.

Also, i knew a guy who operates a Rolex repair store at the Navy/ Military Exchange store close to Makalapa, not too far from the airport. He is Nijer his wife is Ghanian. He might still be in Ohau.

Hey! fellow nairalander don't be totally discouraged. Make sure you have a plan B. If your school is paid for, good. Think of how you can use your mind and this experience to create a legacy for yourself.

"The mind should be used for creativity"

1. Write a book about your experience in Mexico. (An African in Mexico) Remember me when it blowwwws up!
2. Keep a journal
3. Take pictures

We live in a time where information is money.
Christianity EtcRe: Falling Under Anointing - Hoax, Real Or Hypnosis? by owo2000: 9:32am On Oct 02, 2008
The manifestation of God is not in the falling down of anyone. The Divinity and Holiness and God via the Holy Ghost cant be denied. [i]John 18:6 And he said i am he, "they all fell backward to the ground!"

This is not a rule.  Those jokers that fell down were not filled with the Holy Spirit. Don't get me wrong, i have seen and experienced the expression of Gods anointing in my life and ministry. If you are a minister of the gospel be careful. And for all of us we must stop searching for an experience, a sensation or a feeling.

Instead lets renew our minds and move to the level of that Kingdom excellence and towards the full application of the gospel and ministry of Christ. Lets improve our nation, discourage corruption, bribery and nepotism through the power of the anointing. Stop falling down, none fell on the day of Pentecost. All being said, the Spirit of God holds the final authority on these matters.

We have a supernatural force that operates for us especially in a place like Nigeria. You don't need a mechanical stimulation by hand to move the Holy Ghost i.e making folks fall under the anointing.

The Lord Jesus Himself is called the Anointed one and his Anointing. Stop all these sensationalism and drama and lets get to the real demonstration of Gods delivering power by being a real disciple that can effect change in our society.

Lets increase our word level, our love level and and above all lets walk with God.

I say APPEAL in the most civil way you can. Begin to write letters to the Ambassador, the Department of Justice. Make some noise. The bedrock of discrimination and injustice must be uprooted.

Send this to CNN A Africa, title it discrimination and injustice by the U.S Consulate to Nigerians. Make sure all packages are registered. Send to BBC Africa, fox news U.S.A, Democracy today

We can not stand quiet and allow this to go on. Nigerans have contributed immensely to the growth of the U.S from areas of technology to education and medicine.

Technology MarketRe: Solar Panel/inverters/ Charge Controller by owo2000(op): 4:17pm On Apr 08, 2008
Good Day Great Nigerians,

the calculation of your power usage is simple.

1. look at the manufacturers label on your appliances, check for the watt level on each appliances.
2. On each give an aprox,  amount of hours per day of projected usage
3. Add up all the watt usage for the day

i.e 6 Bulbs 13 watts each = 78watts out of these you might only have 4 bulbs on for the night = 52watt.
So the actual usage is 52w + 1 fan 25w/ 4hr+tvdvd 45w/5hr+satellite dish 40w/4hr

Approx, between 162-400 watts give and take.

you will need an inverter that has the capacity to distribute over 1000watt

I hope this helped a little. I am glad to answer your questions, respectfully

God Bless Nigeria!
Yours truly

Indeed the postings on alternative energy has been very thorough and passionate. I know this is the time my dear fellow Nigerians to take charge of our own welfare.

Let it be known to all the greedy and wicked leaders of our time. The days of Nigerians deprivation of electric supply is coming to an end. The creator has given us more than enough supply of sunlight. Enough to provide light for ordinary, hardworking peace loving Nigerians.

This solar energy technology is simple and affordable. Lets tap into it. I will definitely be in Nigeria in the month of May 2008 to get involved with any educational forum for renewable energy.

God bless Nigeria.
