This is a barbaric and reckless statement coming from a professional body like NUT. What on earth are they saying or propagating? That primary and secondary school teachers wrote a primary 4 exam, scored less than 75% and they should be allowed to do what? 75% in the first instance is sickening. Primary 4 exam?
