INEC already told us the BVAS doesn't need to be online to load result. Enter the result into BVAS and results will be uploaded as soon as you enter network areas.
Even America doesn't compile election result within 24hrs. There's no way the INEC collating officer won't enter network coverage area within 24hrs.
BVAS must be used ó. Oga APC chairman go and rest. There's no room for rigging this time around. Thank God for buhari who's shown no tendency to support any particular candidate
