Paul, meaning “humble,” was apparently chosen in honor of his grandfather, Dr. Paul Enenche.
Xavier is of Basque and Spanish origin, meaning “new house” or “castle.”
Ondujum is an Idoma name, meaning “My Lord is enough.”
Deborah and Samuel tied the knot in December 2022 in a lavish ceremony in Abuja, attended by prominent personalities and pastors from within and outside Nigeria.

Christianity EtcTiktoker Seaking Who Called Pastor Adeboye 'stupid Boy' Must Be Punished - CCYF by owukpa(op): 1:10pm On Feb 10, 2025

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jurfBvZiPw
The Concerned Christian Youth Forum has maintained its stance on pursuing legal action against Ogunsanwo Olumide John, popularly known as Seaking, who was recently arrested for making derogatory comments about Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

Recall that Seaking, in a viral TikTok video, referred to Pastor Adeboye as “very stupid and foolish” for subjecting his congregation to a 100-day fast. Following a petition filed by the Concerned Christian Youth Forum, Ogunsanwo was apprehended by the Nigeria Police in Lagos and subsequently transferred to the Federal Investigation Department (FID) in Abuja, under the supervision of DIG Dasuki Galandanchi, on allegations of cyberbullying.

While Pastor Adeboye has publicly called for the release of Seaking, stating that the TikToker was merely fulfilling part of prophecies, the youth
forum remains resolute in its position.

Addressing a press conference on Monday, the forum’s convener, Adama James Paul, affirmed their commitment to pursuing the case to its conclusion, emphasizing their broader mission to protect Christianity and its leaders from defamation and blasphemy.

Statement from the Concerned Christian Youth Forum:
“We wish to reiterate for the enlightenment of the general public that we are not representing any particular denomination but the entire Christian Church and her revered leaders in Nigeria.

“We have been at the forefront of confronting these unwarranted media onslaughts directed against our leaders by invoking the provisions of relevant laws as law-abiding citizens. We were behind the petitions that led to the arrest and detention of some errant media urchins in recent times.

“Now, for the records, we categorically state that the recent petition filed against Ogunsanwo Olumide John was initiated by us, the Concerned Christian Youth Forum, and not by Pastor E.A. Adeboye himself. Neither was the petition filed at his behest. As a respected elder and grandfather, Pastor Adeboye should not be expected to engage directly in such matters but rather focus on his divinely ordained duties as a Man of God.

“This does not absolve us, as responsible members of the Christian community, from the duty of safeguarding our faith and leaders from blasphemy, defamation, and insult. This is why we, as young, respectable, and responsible Christians, have taken it upon ourselves to defend our faith and our leaders through the instrumentality of law.

“We believe that God works through His people to fight against injustice and oppression, and we see ourselves as His instruments in this regard. At this point, we emphasize that we will not tolerate any further abuse of our faith or our leaders. We are fully prepared to pursue justice in this matter until it is served.

“This is a matter of utmost importance, not just for the Christian community but in the overall interest of peace and national security. We are committed to ensuring that the rule of law prevails. We believe in peaceful coexistence, regardless of religious belief, ethnic identity, or political affiliations.

“Let this serve as a warning to those who seek to undermine Christianity and its leaders that their actions will not go unnoticed, and they will be held accountable. Those who defame our faith and our leaders must face the consequences of their actions.”

CrimeWe Asked Police To Arrest Tiktoker Seaking For Insulting Pastor Adeboye - Group by owukpa(op): 7:30am On Feb 08, 2025

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy_kA7Vdh4Q

The Concerned Christian Youth Forum has claimed responsibility for the arrest of popular TikToker, Ogunsanwo Olumide John, also known as Seaking, for allegedly insulting the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A. Adeboye.

Ogunsanwo was picked up by officials of the Nigeria Police in Lagos and moved to the Federal Investigation Department (FID) in Abuja under DIG Dasuki Galandanchi for alleged cyberbullying.

The content creator had, in a viral video on TikTok, branded Pastor Adeboye as “very stupid and foolish" for subjecting his congregation to a 100-day fast.

According to Adama, targeting such a prominent and respected figure like Pastor Adeboye serves as a stark reminder of the growing menace of cyber harassment and the urgent need to address it before it spirals out of control.

CrimeDefamation: Court Did Not Vacate Arrest Warrant Against Reno Omokri - Adama by owukpa(op): 8:03pm On Feb 03, 2025

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJL1V-IQEzw

James Paul Adama, the Convener of the Concerned Christian Youth Forum, has described as untrue the recent claim by Reno Omokri that the warrant of arrest issued against him by a court has been quashed.

Recall that the court, presided over by His Worship, Chief Emmanuel A. Iyanna, issued the remand warrant against Omokri through an ex-parte motion filed by the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, on January 13, 2025, for defaming Christianity and harassing religious leaders online.

However, Omokri, in a post on his Facebook page, claimed that the order had been vacated by the court.

The Concerned Christian Youth Forum, which launched the petition, said Reno’s claim is false and misleading.

Adama, in a statement on Monday, said that contrary to Omokri’s claim, Pastor Paul Enenche never at any point initiated or filed any legal case against him.

He vowed that the group's primary goal is to put an end to the disparaging remarks and cyberbullying directed at Christianity and its leaders.

His statement reads:

I am here today to correct a false assertion made by Reno Omokri and his legal team regarding the claim that his remand warrant was quashed. It is simply untrue and has been made with the intention of creating a deceptive narrative.

“It is important to set the record straight and to ensure that the public is not misled by this misinformation. The matter is ongoing.

“To clarify the matter and set the records straight, contrary to Reno's misleading claims in his malicious report, Dr. Paul Enenche has never at any point initiated or filed any legal case against him.

The case in question was brought forward by the concerned Christian youths, not Dr. Enenche, and we have already addressed this fact in our previous media conferences.

“Reno must take responsibility for his actions and face the concerned Christian youth, who are the rightful parties in this matter.

“I am perplexed as to why Reno Omokri and his lawyer would attempt to deceive the public by claiming that the magistrate dismissed his case.

The truth of the matter is that Reno Omokri is still facing legal proceedings, and the claim that his remand warrant has been quashed or that he has been cleared of any wrongdoing is false.

This misrepresentation of facts is typical of Omokri's modus operandi, as he has long sought to subvert the truth in order to suit his own agenda.

“The fact remains that the absence of Reno Omokri's name from the FIR is merely a procedural issue and does not absolve him of any wrongdoing. As the legal process moves forward, it will be up to the courts to determine the veracity of the allegations and deliver justice accordingly. I have obtained the CTC of the court ruling of that day, and it is contrary to the assertion being peddled by Reno Omokri and his co-traveler.

“The misguided ploy of Omokri and his cohort amounts to little more than a desperate attempt to divert attention from the stark reality. This is to remind Reno Omokri that no matter how far he runs, the long arm of the law will, inevitably, catch up with him.

“The Concerned Christian Youth Forum, mindful of this truth, will pursue legal recourse through established channels, confident that the justice system will shine a light on Reno's unscrupulous tactics.”

CrimeFake Miracles: Why we Arrested Abraham Daniel, Others - Activist Adama by owukpa(op):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JY060_ikRiY

Activist Adama Paul James has expressed deep concern over the increasing wave of online attacks targeting the Christian faith and revered clerics in Nigeria.

Addressing a news conference on Monday, the lawyer condemned the surge of disparaging statements, libelous claims and malicious accusations circulating on social media platforms and blogs.

His comment came amid the arrest and detenion of a former paster turned atheist, Abraham Daniel and two others for defamation.

According to Adama, “These individuals have consistently used their platforms to launch baseless allegations against the Church and its leaders, seeking to demean and drag the Christian faith into disrepute.”

Adama specifically named one of the prominent individuals involved, Abraham Daniel, who claims to be a humanist.

He said Daniel has repeatedly insulted men of God, made defamatory statements about the Church, and described Christianity as a scam.

“Such actions are not only reckless but are also capable of inciting religious tensions in an already fragile nation. This blatant abuse of social media poses a grave threat to religious harmony and national peace,” he warned.

In response to these online attacks, Adama confirmed that he has taken legal steps by petitioning the relevant authorities.

His efforts have led to the arrest and detention of some of the suspects involved in the campaign of calumny.

He commended the Nigerian Police Force, the Department of State Services (DSS), and other security agencies for their prompt actions in addressing the issue.

Adama reminded the public of the constitutional provisions guaranteeing freedom of religion and belief. He emphasized that Sections 38 and 40 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as well as international human rights standards to which Nigeria is a signatory, protect the peaceful practice of faith.

“The targeted attacks on Christianity and its clerics constitute a gross violation of these provisions. I am fully committed to ensuring that such attacks do not go unchecked,” he affirmed.

Adama vowed not to remain silent while a few disgruntled elements seek to drag the Christian faith into disrepute and sow seeds of discord in the nation.

He pledged to pursue the matter to its logical conclusion, ensuring that perpetrators are held accountable for their actions.

He further highlighted the global issue of social media misuse, particularly cyberbullying.

According to Adama, this problem is worsened in Nigeria by the targeted attacks on Christianity and its revered leaders, which have become fodder for content creators, resulting in widespread mockery and defamation of the faith.

“Such blasphemous acts are not only insulting to Christians but also pose a grave danger to societal harmony and tolerance,” he noted.

Adama expressed personal concern about the impact of these attacks on the future of the faith and the spiritual upbringing of younger generations. He described the experience of witnessing deeply held beliefs come under attack as harrowing and unbearable.

He called on all relevant authorities, including the Police, DSS, and other security agencies, to intensify efforts in identifying and prosecuting those who misuse social media to incite religious tension and propagate lies against the Church and its clerics.

“To be clear, this is not a battle against free speech but against the abuse of free speech to promote hatred, falsehood, and religious intolerance. The law is unambiguous: anyone making defamatory or inciting statements must be prepared to substantiate them,” he clarified.

Adama reaffirmed his vision of fostering a society where all faiths are respected, religious harmony is upheld, and the sanctity of belief is protected.

“To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Let this serve as a notice to all those who seek to malign the Christian faith: I will not rest until justice is served and peace is preserved,” he declared.

Christianity EtcAbraham Daniel: Police Detain Pastor-turned-ashiest For Attacking Men Of God by owukpa(op): 5:14pm On Jan 08, 2025
The Concerned Christian Youths, a Christian body organisation, has claimed responsibility for the arrest and detention of some persons for cyberbullying and attacks on some Christian leaders in Nigeria.

Recall that the Nigeria Police had invited a former pastor-turned-atheist, Abraham Daniel, and one other person for using their social media platforms to troll some clerics.

However, a section of the media had attributed the arrest to an Abuja-based cleric.

The Christian group in a statement by its cordinator, James Paul Adama, has now confirmed that it is behind the petition that led to the invitation of the suspects by the police.
The statement reads below:

“Our attention has been drawn to some online publications purportedly claiming that some individuals were arrested by or at the instance of a certain revered man of God. Nothing can be farther from the truth.

“We would like to sensitize the public to treat such publications as egregiously malicious, inciteful and fallacious with the intention of swaying attention from the truth.
“The individuals in question are cyber bullies who have been attacking the Christian Faith and reputable Christian leaders in Nigeria. Those publications are being peddled by the same acrimonious agents in furtherance of their nefarious agenda against the Christian Faith and Christian leaders in Nigeria.
“The arrests were rather made by us, Concerned Christian Youths and Spiritual Sons of the Faith. And we invoked the relevant provisions of the Law against cybercrimes.

“The Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, ETC) ACT 2015 with the Amendment Act, 2024 have explicit, unambiguous provisions against cybercrimes, including cyber-bullying.

“Section 24 sub-section (1) provides that, “A person who knowingly or intentionally sends a message or other matter by means of computer systems or Network that –
(b) he knows to be false, for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience, danger, obstruction, insult, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred, ill will or needless anxiety to another or causes such a message to be sent.
“Commits an offence under this Acts and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of not more than 3 years…”
“Similarly, Section 24 Sub-section 2 provides that, “A person who knowingly or intentionally Transmits or causes the Transmission of any communication through a computer system or Network –
To bully, threaten or harass another person, where such communication places another person in fear of death, violence or bodily harm to another person;
(c) containing any threat to harm the property or reputation of the addressee or of another or the reputation of a deceased person or any threat to accuse the addressee or any other person of a crime, to extort from any person, firm, association or corporation, any money or other thing of value, commits an offence under this Act, and is liable on conviction –
In the case of paragraph (a) and (b) of this sub-section, to imprisonment for a term of this sub-section, to imprisonment for a term of 10 years…, and,
In the case of paragraph (C) of this sub-section, to imprisonment for a term of 5 years...”
Following the provisions of this Act, the Nigerian Police Force in December 2024 declared cyberbullying as a criminal offence punishable by Law.
“Thus, the activities of the arrested individuals made them liable to prosecution and conviction under the provisions of this Act as highlighted above, and that is the reason for their arrest.

“Before this time, we have invoked the above provisions to arrest and press charges against a certain prophet who was picked up by the police from Lagos, and after having tasted the other side of the Law, he offered a public apology both in electronic and text forms and published same in reputable national dailies. This shows the extent to which we are ready to use the provisions of the Law to confront anyone who denigrates our Faith or attacks our fathers of faith. This is regardless of whether the cyberbully is a self-acclaimed clergy or a laity.
“We are not alone in this war against social media anarchy, brigandage and gangsterism.
“In July 2023, a social media influencer (Tiktoker), Okoye Blessing Nwakaego was sentenced by Justice Oweibo of the Federal High Court, Lagos to 3 years imprisonment for engaging in cyberbullying a Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus. “The police had accused the convict of conspiring between December 2022 and July 2023 to commit a felony, to wit: cyberstalking.
“The convict was also said to have knowingly caused the transmission of communication via Tiktok, gossip mill tv, remedy blog and other social media network, which is grossly offensive and false and to cause annoyance, inconvenience, danger, insult, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred, and needless anxiety to the prejudice of one Eniola Badmus.

“And away from Nigeria, in July 2021, a French court convicted 11 people charged with harassing and threatening via the internet, a teenager who harshly criticized a certain religion. The verdict was the first of its kind since France created a new Paris court in January to prosecute online crimes, including harassment and discrimination.
“The court sentenced the defendants to suspended prison terms of four to six months and fined them about $1,770 each.

“Across the globe, the hazards of social media, especially, cyberbullying have assumed a worrisome dimension.
“In Nigeria, it is even more worrisome as these attacks are targeted at the Christian Faith and her reputable leaders. Almost every content creator in Nigeria is using the mockery of Christianity and Christian leaders to ply their trade. This is denigrating, defamatory and blasphemous to Christianity, and therefore unacceptable. No genuine Christian can watch the mockery and denigration of Christianity as is being done in Nigeria with indifference.

‘The most vital part of every man’s existence is his faith or belief system. We find the foundation of our existence as Christians, and our hope for the future, both in this world and in the hereafter, threatened by the barrage of unwarranted attacks against our spiritual leaders.

“Most reputable leaders are either too big or too busy to engage detractors, and we cannot sit idly by and watch some malicious elements attack their reputation with the aim of confusing the minds of their followers. These are the very people from whose mouths we receive the gospel of hope and salvation.

“Beyond this, the activities of these individuals are breeding social anarchy, moral decadence and lawlessness with the overall implication of plunging our society if not the whole nation into an inferno of social and religious violence. Our country has grappled with the challenges of insecurity for so long; we cannot afford to open a new front for another form of violence and insecurity. Therefore, it is in the overall interest of national security to address this social media brigandage called cyberbullying.

“These are the reasons why we cannot hold our peace. We are ready to use every applicable provision of the law to tackle these unwarranted, illogical, brazen, malicious and ill-conceived attacks on the Christian Faith and reputable fathers of Faith in Nigeria regardless of denomination until justice is served and sanity is restored. We are fully armed with the truth, and we know that the forces of evil will always bow before good as the wicked bows at the gates of the righteous.

“In conclusion, we want to reiterate the fact that the publicized arrests were made by us and not by any man of God as purported by those malicious publications. Therefore, any attempt to further twist the narrative and force falsehood down the throats of the public will be vehemently resisted, if necessary, with further legal actions using applicable provisions of the Law.”

PoliticsBayelsa Youths Confront Fred Agbedi Who Has Spent 32 Years In Office (Video) by owukpa(op): 1:22pm On Dec 11, 2024

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niX6mD3XgRU

A mild drama unfolded in Abuja on Tuesday as some youths openly confronted a member of the House of Representatives from Bayelsa, Fred Agbedi, who claimed to have been in power for about 32 years.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that the youths slammed him for holding tightly to power, questioning whether there are no other qualified individuals in Bayelsa who can take over the seat.

The incident occurred at Merit House during an interactive conference on electoral reform titled Setting the Agenda, organized by the Civil Society Coalition for Sustainable Development.

During the question-and-answer session, the youths became angry and urged the lawmaker to step aside and allow others to take over.

Hon, if I listened you correctly, you said you have been in the office for 32 years. Tell, what is the benefits of the people of Bayelsa to your administration? And why is it that for 32 years, you are still in office? Is is that the people of Bayelsa cannot produce a suitable youth or another person to take your office?

Another angry you said, “Sir, you have no right to remain in office. Hon Fred, 32 years, that was before I was born and you have been in office. The first time I heard about you was two years ago when your mother died. The other time was when there was a fire outbreak at Karu Market, where you came to make promises. If not for today, nobody would know you.”

As the situation became tense, the moderator quickly interjected and stopped the confrontation.

PoliticsSam Amadi: INEC Switched Off Servers To Rig 2023 Elections - Ex-NERC Chair by owukpa(op): 12:25pm On Dec 11, 2024

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRRdveKuG5Y

The Director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts, Sam Amadi, has stated that the leadership of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) compromised Nigeria’s 2023 elections.

Amadi, a former Executive Chairman and CEO of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), argued that it was INEC officials who rigged the 2023 election, not the All Progressives Congress (APC), as widely believed.

He made this comment on Tuesday in Abuja during an interactive conference on electoral reform titled “Setting the Agenda,” held at Merit House and organized by the Civil Society Coalition for Sustainable Development.

Amadi said, “There is no lesson to learn from the last election in Ghana. Everything Ghana did right, we could also do. For example, we have improved in the timely delivery of electoral materials and in margin logistics.

“We have a much more bankable and digitalized electoral register. So we’ve got everything right. But what we failed to get right is the fact that our electoral commission is partisan.

“Essentially, you are organizing elections in a third-world country where digital illiteracy is still a challenge, and where openness and transparency are lacking.

“For instance, many of us don’t even know the salaries of national assembly members. Elsewhere, this kind of information is uploaded and easily accessible.

“Expenditure oversight is also critical. Money is receipted, spent, and verified by oversight offices. Many legislators in the UK have been sacked for spending public funds on luxury hotels instead of moderate accommodations or for giving money to girlfriends or family members.

“Similarly, in the United States, many lawmakers have been prosecuted for campaign finance violations. Donations meant for campaigns have been traced to their families. These examples show better transparency abroad. Crucially, they do not appoint partisan individuals to their electoral bodies.

“Here, we give the president the power to appoint his brothers, party members, and loyalists to the electoral commission, and then we expect accurate reporting after the votes are counted. Or that they will not switch off the server during the process.

We could have had a perfect election in 2023, but we didn’t because the INEC chairman and his members essentially rigged the election.

Christianity EtcPastor Enenche, Wife Visit Kuje Prison, Donate Relief Items To Prisoners by owukpa(op): 6:28pm On Dec 08, 2024
The Senior Pastors of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche, and his wife, Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche, made a notable humanitarian visit to the Kuje Medium Security Correctional Centre in Abuja earlier today. Their visit was characterized by outreach to the inmates and the provision of free legal services through a team of esteemed lawyers.

The legal team accompanying the Enenches included P.H. Ogbulu (SAN), Barrister Felix Tyokase, Barrister Lydia Jim Ibu, and others. They offered legal support to inmates who could benefit from assistance in securing their release.

At the facility’s Chapel of Freedom, Dr. Paul Enenche delivered an impactful sermon titled "The Forces of Freedom." He expounded on transformative principles such as the knowledge of God, realization of the truth, mentality alignment, right associations, vision, the power of the Holy Spirit, praise, and prophetic impartation.

“Liberty happens when mentality is changed,” Dr. Enenche told the inmates. “Your impact after here can delete your setbacks, and if your prison doesn’t stop your praise, your praise will bring you out of your prison.”

Dr. Becky Enenche also ministered to the inmates, offering heartfelt prayers against addictions and ancestral curses while emphasizing the transformative power of faith and prayer.

Speaking on behalf of the legal team, one representative stated: “We are here on behalf of God’s servants, Dr. Paul Enenche and Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche, to offer free legal services to inmates and help secure the release of those eligible through legal processes.”

The public relations officer of the correctional facility, AS Duza, expressed profound gratitude for the visit, commending the Enenches for their compassion and generosity. He led the couple on a tour of various skill acquisition programs offered at the facility, including tailoring, laundry, shoemaking, soap making, and salon services.

Senior officers of the correctional facility, including DCC Aminu Abubakar, CSC Oke, Chibuzor Ogunde, AC Yakubu, Sarki Norma, and the chapel’s chaplain, warmly welcomed the couple upon arrival.

A key highlight of the visit was the presentation of food supplies and relief materials to the inmates, a gesture that brought smiles and hope to many.

Christianity EtcCyberbullying: I don’t want to go to prison - Prophet Ikuru begs Pastor Enenche by owukpa(op):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFWu3YReoLs
A Lagos-based prophet, Godwin Ikuru, has issued a public apology for defaming and cyberbullying Dr Paul Enenche, the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, and his wife, Dr Becky Enenche.

In a public apology published on a national daily, Ikuru expressed deep regret for his defamatory, abusive and hurtful comments directed at the couple, acknowledging that his words were not only misleading but also damaging and completely unacceptable.

Ikuru further admitted that his actions were fueled by malice, prejudice, and ignorance and that he violated the fundamental human rights of the Enenches, especially their right to personal dignity.

He acknowledged his ignorance of the law, noting that his actions amounted to cyberbullying, a crime punishable by imprisonment without an option of fine.

Ikuru reiterated that Dr Paul Enenche and his wife had never wronged him in any way and that the negative statements made in his videos were unfounded and untrue.

He commended the Enenches as respected servants of God and expressed deep regret for any distress or harm caused to them, their family, and their followers.

His apology reads below:
“I, Godwin Ikuru, wish to express my sincere apologies for my defamatory, abusive, and hurtful statements against Dr. Pastor Paul “Enenche and his dear wife, Dr. M. Becky Enenche. It has become clear to me that my words were not only misleading and fallacious, but also intense, hurtful, damaging, and completely unacceptable.

“I have also realized that my actions were motivated by malice, prejudice, hate, and ignorance. And being thus instigated by hate and bitterness, I acted in breach of their fundamental human rights, especially their right to personal dignity.

“I never knew that my actions amounted to cyberbullying, which is punishable with imprisonment without an option of fine, and this made me liable to imprisonment.

“A member of Dunamis International Gospel Centre invoked the provisions of this law, got me arrested, and charged me to court. Thus, I owe my freedom to the leniency of Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche and his wife for intervening in this case and tempering justice with mercy, as I acted in ignorance of the law.

“This should also serve as a deterrent to all those who engage in cyberbullying, especially against reputable and genuine men of God and fathers of faith in Nigeria, to desist from their nefarious acts or face the wrath of the law.

“I wish to reiterate the fact that Dr. Paul Enenche and his wife, Dr. Becky Enenche, never offended me in any way, and that any negative statement I made against them in those unfortunate videos is unfounded and untrue. They are reputable servants of God, and I hold them in high esteem.

“I had caused great embarrassment through my actions, and I beg them to please accept my most humble and sincere apologies. I have fully realized the consequences of my actions, and I am committed to making all necessary amends.”

Tithe: Reno Omokri Under Fire For Calling Pastor Becky Enenche Yahoo Girl

The Nigeria Youths Frontiers and Peace Advocates (NYFPA) has knocked social media activist, Reno Omokri for his recent comments about Nigerian clerics, particularly Pastor Becky Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre.

Omokri recently referred to Pastor Enenche as a “Yahoo girl on the altar,” sparking outrage among members of the Christian community.

His comment came after the Pastor harped on the essence of paying tithes.

However, the NYFPA described Omokri’s remarks as “inflammatory, baseless, and deeply irresponsible,” adding that they were unbecoming of someone who presents himself as a political activist and public commentator.

In a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Samuel Geofrey, the group said, “Reno Omokri’s statements are an affront to millions of Nigerians who revere their faith and spiritual leaders.

His choice of words reflects a profound lack of respect for Christianity and the principles of dialogue and mutual understanding in a civilized society.”

The NYFPA further criticized Omokri’s controversial public record, pointing to alleged inconsistencies in his career, personal life, and political affiliations.

It accused him of using divisive rhetoric to maintain relevance, often at the expense of unity and constructive discourse.

NYFPA reaffirmed its commitment to promoting truth, justice, and peace, urging Nigerians to reject divisive narratives and focus on building a society rooted in mutual respect and understanding.

Omokri’s statements represent not only an attack on Pastor Becky Enenche but also an affront to the millions of Nigerians who hold their faith and spiritual leaders in high esteem.

“His choice of words betrays a profound lack of respect, not only for Christianity but for the principles of dialogue and mutual respect that underpin a civilized society.

“It is unfortunate that Omokri, who portrays himself as a moral and political compass, has a history marred by inconsistency, self-serving motives, and a penchant for stirring unnecessary controversies,” the statement said.

PoliticsWike Is A Looter, He Looks Older Than Tinubu And Buhari Combined – Deji Adeyanju by owukpa(op): 3:35pm On Nov 15, 2024

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v40UxewMR50

Activist and lawyer, Deji Adeyanji, has fired back at FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, over his recent claim against him.

Wike had, during a press conference, accused Deji of staging a protest against him because he refused to support his ambition to become PDP national publicity secretary.

Responding, Adeyanju described Wike as a looter whose mouth is perpetually on the feeding bottle of Nigeria.

He said, “This man (Wike) has never worked anywhere. His only address is looting public resources and public patrimony. Look at the way he's grabbing land in the FCT all over the place and giving it to his friends; he's grabbing even parks. For close to three decades, I have, at the personal expense of my life, been active in criticizing the government. I've put my own personal freedom on the line; Buhari arrested me almost 11 or 12 times in 8 years. When Wike was having a field day looting Rivers' money.

“I don't know where he got this idea that he's now an elder statesman for making noise all over the place. Wike is just 11 years older than me. And maybe it's because he's not looking like he's older than Tinubu and Buhari combined. That's why he now feels like an old man. He's an ancient of days.

“This man has never worked anywhere. From a motor garage as a tout, he became a local government chairman. In fact, he promised me that he was going to support me.

“Wike is one of the reasons allegedly why the former CJN was removed from office. He kept going around saying that he had the judiciary in his pocket and was mentioning names. So the only difference between him and Portable is that when you do something with Portable, at least Portable will not go against you and betray you. But no matter what you do for Wike, he will betray you.”
