well if you are based in abuja you can get your national I.d card from immigration office at sowka close to airport , when you get there ask of Joseph ubasey complex , they will direct you to the office come along with one of this documents, declearation of age or birth certificate and maybe your indigine form.photostat and original copy after capturing they will give you a slip , after one week you come back with that slip and kapish you get your card , and yeah about the voters card if you had being given a temporal slip when you registerd at some point in time and perhaps you have misplace it, never mind you could still get your plastic voters card just go to any inec office close to the local government you registered and ask them , go before 2pm cause they close quite early come with a passport and maybe 2k to tip them,..its imperative you have a form of identification cause of new policies, like western union transfer , employment e.t.c but then it still important you know that all this is the government way of puting we all on a data base, where they can find you anytime any day ,so before you get your self into any form of trouble always remember they have your finger print your permanent address and your parents name , there is no place to hide stay out of trouble
