These are the sorts of glib statements paraded by half-baked christians. Not one of the gospel writers was a contemporary of Jesus, in fact the writers are all anonymous. As the OP pointed out Mark is our earliest writer, and his narrative appeared around twenty years after the death of Jesus, his account is still 3rd and 4th hand writings of oral traditions. Yes, Papias does give a hint that Mark's account may have been dictated by Peter but if you have done the research you would be aware of the problems of that conjecture.

I don't agree with the issue of satanic influences on the book of Mark, it was written before the Apocalypse of John and his nightmarish revelations of the beast e.t.c, Mark remains our earliest and best account of the life and death of Jesus before the likes of Matthew and Luke did a hatchet job on it.

A Nigerian Officer Cadet, Noel
Shekoduza Moses, has been
awarded the Queen’s medal for
best results in Military, Academic
and Practical Studies by the
Royal Military Academy,
Sandhurst (RMAS).
Twenty-four-year-old Moses beat
16 other foreign cadets to receive
the medal at the Sovereign
Parade for Overseas Cadets in
the UK on Friday. He undertook
one year course as
senior intake at Sandhurst
academy.
He told the News Agency of
Nigeria (NAN) that he was proud
to be a Nigerian and the first
overseas cadet to receive the
award.
Moses was born in Kaduna state
and attended the Nigerian
Defence Academy, gaining a
BEng in Civil Engineering. He also
attended the counter-terrorist
course in Nigeria. He played
hockey and participated in
orienteering at Sandhurst.
“I have learnt so much from this
academy and I will impart the
knowledge on others back
home’’, Moses said.
Brig.-Gen. Henry Ayamasaokwei,
Registrar of NDA, said Moses had
vindicated the academy “as only
the best are sent out.
“It also shows that the standards
at NDA are high. That is why he
could achieve this. And I believe
this will motivate other cadets at
the academy and encourage
