I think you are wrong, nairaland reflect nigeria, every move every words, every headlines thats our nigeria, so you shouldn't be angry when nigeria are expressing their feelings...
insulting an ethnic group or a whole region is not a proper way to respond to an individual post

It's so unfortunate that this forum has turned to a battleground for tribalists, to clear this mess that this once enjoyable forum has been infested with, I suggest a two months ban on anyone that insults or tend to insult any ethnic group or region in this country, sane minds what do you think?

a typical delusional Igbo

Which USA case again?
Is it the one obj himself wanted to use against tinubu that failed?
Is it the one that USA consular declared they have no criminal record against tinubu?
A rerun even if it will happen will b between tinubu n atiku which is highly impossible

Rerun only happens between 1st n runner up n I can bet u it can never happen

So tell your obi to rest, no Igbo man will ever become president of Nigeria not even with the bile coming from u people everyday

Even foolish Yorubas that voted obi can now see the light, the video where that Yoruba man was killed yesterday further show how not to allow an Igbo man come close
am not ibo, get that into your skull

when the inec chairman announced tinubu of the apc as the winner of the just concluded presidential election, I said it is finished and advised my friends to move on, what drove my opinion was the fact that no tribunal in this country has ever sacked a president, I even said in many occasions that obi and atiku are wasting their time in the tribunal but when in their final address, tinubu's cancel talked about rerun election, i was surprised because that is a direct admittance of not being sure of their presentations, my surprises was short-lived when someone refered me to the supreme Court ruling on 25 percent in fct in 2008 in a case between buhari and yar' adua, in the judgement, the supreme Court ruled that the respondent don't need to win the fct to be declared winner of the election but that he needs just 25 percent of the votes there, infact they stressed it out that 25 percent in Abuja is a must, my brothers and sisters, I have changed my opinion, obi and atiku has a watertight case there, we are definitely going back to the polls in January next year, either between atiku and tinubu or atiku and obi, depending on the US case against tinubu.

These are the likely reasons;

Age falsification.

The Chicago result doesn't belong to him.It belongs to a female.

The year he claimed to have graduated could be different from the year he submitted to INEC.

The primary and secondary school he filled in his Chicago form and claimed to have finished is different from the one he submitted to INEC.

He doesn't have a classmate.

Politics › Asiwaju And His Academic Records by oyichi(op): 6:58am On Aug 19, 2023
why will somebody go as far as hiring a lawyer in far away US to stop the court from giving order for the release of his academic records when he is supposed to be the one to release it and shame his enemies, what exactly is he hiding? I have been asking myself this question since atiku went to the US to compel the Chicago state University to release tinubu's academic records to him through the court of law, and surprisingly, tinubu took a lawyer to stop him, I believe that the judge in this case is also asking this same question and will want to Know why by ruling in atiku's favor.

For those looking for supreme court judgement, that's it.

You can now see that PDP and LP have a brutal case
if this is true, then there is a problem, that election is heading towards being cancelled
Politics › Inec And The Right To The Mode Of Transmission Of Electoral Results by oyichi(op): 7:16pm On Aug 08, 2023
Yes, there is no aguement about that, inec has the right to choose which way to transmit the result of a particular election, that mode of transmission of results must be announced to the public through the inec electoral guidelines but once the guidelines is made public, it becomes a law which everyone must obey, including inec,

GeneralDae:
Nomination is also the responsibility of the party. As long as the person suing is not from the party contesting for those positions, any other person suing doesn't have the Locus standi to determine invalid nomination or double nomination of a running mate within the party moreso because it's not necessarily a constitutional matter.

So LP doesn't have the Locus Standi against Shettima and that case would be thrown out too. Also APC'S case against Obi's membership of LP may likely be thrown out for thesame reason.
double nomination is crime against the Constitution

Number 5 and 6 will Constitute the biggest problem to apc, those numerous unreadable result sheets shows that there was no results from those affected poling units, it will be very difficult to navigate through this for tinubu without sounding stupid

Obviously, it was just a diversionary military game, how many people were killed in the coup? The mecinaries claimed to have taken the military base in rostov but the security formation was not changed, no shot fired and they started moving freely towards Moscow without obstruction, it's only fools that believes that there was any kind of coup or mutiny in Russia, it was just a game aimed at divating the media from excessive damage don to civilians in Ukraine by floods caused by the destruction of the biggest dam there
