This attacks on police and other security personnel have always been on before the birth of the militia arm of IPOB. It's just that it has increased like banditry increased in Northern Nigeria.

If Nigeria Police that takes forever to investigate a robbery incident with no success report will hastily blame ESN for killing their personnel then they must tell us when they started being effective with investigations.
