Madam if you went to school and you signed the matriculation oat, there is always a clause which say that students shall abide by the rules lay down by the school authority or as deemed fit by the rector or vc. So it doesn't matter whether you like the rule or not or they are in the book or not

Why?...a university student, banker, doctor, lawyer, construction worker, .... you name it.... are all civilians..... have rights... right to free speech, right to congregate, right to be represented by a lawyer, religious rights, the right to protest, etc..... when you sign up with the military...become a soldier.... those rights do not exist....you are no longer under civilian rules and regulations and freedom.... you are under military rules...and will face military justice should you violate their rules.

In my country, money will be budgeted year in year out. Concessions will be given and cancelled new govt will come and reward the road contract, they will go without finishing the road another govt will come in and the cycle will continue but the road still remain the way it is no change
