I dont think the name thing should be a problem 'cos the never asked to arrange in a certain way(though its only sensible to arrange it in the right order). And besides it has a pic of u on both d form and jamb result slip(but thats just wot i think, u should still ask someone that knows better). As per d jamb result thing, wot do they mean by downloaded copy?

salaksmana: That 2nd choice stuff, I left it blank also since the course is not there, as per the name issue, I'll advice you go for affidavit, they're two different names

ok 2 thngs i nid 2 be clear on.....i've filled d form online, they asked 4 my utme reg no.....filled dat 2, continued and den they tell me to fill in my subjcts,scores,schs and cources.....nw d problem is in d 2nd choice part it says "other university", but d i culdn't find my 2nd choice course. So i left it blank. I hope dat wnt b an issue. D 2nd thng is my name....i put first name,surname and other name bt on jamb slip its surname,first name, other name. Hope dats nt a problem either. ***PLS TELL ME IT ISN'T***

guys, i read somewhere that oau post ume forms are out and d exam is on 26th of may. I think it doesn't make any sense but i still need to be sure. Are the forms out?.....and do u have any idea when they will. Thanks
