This two people cannot be compared. Ojukwu took brave step to stop the pogrom against his people. He risked his life for all.
Abiola was only struggling to become a Nigeria president and died in it.

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday acknowledged that the Nigerian Civil war fought by the late Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu represented a war against injustice.

"Ojukwu stood up and fought for what he believed. He stood for justice. He refused to compromise. He challenged man’s inhumanity to man".

"Faced with the pogrom of his kith and kin, he stood his ground and fought until the last plane left Biafra. His bravery, courage and sacrifices live after him. Whatever perceived mistakes he made, or people think he made will for forever be interred with his bones."

President Jonathan said this yesterday at a colourful ceremony in honour of the fallen Biafra hero late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu’s remains at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

Jonathan, who spoke through his Vice President Namadi Sambo, also described the Late Ikemba as an advocate of a united Nigeria who stood and fought for what he believed in.

Jonathan reminded Nigerians that late Ojukwu was already a General in the Nigerian army before the civil war, saying that the legacy bequeathed to the Nigerian Army by Chief Ojukwu as its first Quartermaster-General remains in force even at present.

"He instituted systems that are now the hallmark of military processes and procedures which till date are in use. Adding that "no words can adequately express the nature, character, legacy and lessons bequeathed by this soldier and gentleman."

"Let it not be said that Ojukwu died when the country needed his services most. Let it rather be said that Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu lived and served with all his might when the Igbos and Nigerians needed him most.

Jonathan while eulogizing the sterling qualities of Late Ikemba Nnewi stated that "no words can adequately express the nature, character, legacy and lessons bequeathed by this soldier and gentleman."

First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, who also spoke at the occasion, noted that late Odumegwu-Ojukwu was not only an icon, but also the pride of his people.

This was as she urged Nigerians to emulate the good qualities of the late Ikemba of Nnewi, whom she described as an "accomplished Nigerian Leader."

"I am honoured and privileged to join eminent Nigerians who are here today to pay their compliments to a Nigerian hero, whose life, work, and principles were devoted to protecting the integrity of humanity.

"Here lies the remains of a great man, recorded in history for his humility, simplicity, decency and superior intellect, Chief Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu."

She said the Ikemba will always command a place of pride in the records of our country, as one who sacrificed his comfort and privileges, to identify with the poor and the voiceless.

"For him, his liberty and privileges were without values, if his folks remained in chains. For him selective liberty was unacceptable. He was a true patriot, committed to the defence of the dignity of man.

"On behalf of my family, myself and the entire women of Nigeria, I pay my respect to this man, who spent his life and times in the defence of truth, justice and fairness.

"The Ikemba of Nnewi was not only an icon, but also the pride of his people. Today, the nation honours an intelligent politician, who made significant contributions to the growth and development of the country during his life.

"We are happy to note that the Ikemba has left his large foot prints in the sands of our time, especially in crucial areas such as military services, business enterprise and politics."

She also called on Nigerians to emulate the good qualities of this accomplished Nigerian leader, late Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu.

She said although death is a necessary end, "we are comforted by the fact that the Ikemba lived a most fulfilled life, with evidence of notable contributions which will assure his place in the history of Nigeria".

She also reminded all that the best that can be given to the dead is to ensure that his legacies live on.

She urged Ndigbo to remain firm in their role as bridge builders and peace makers; adding "let us continue to pursue peace with all men and be our brother’s keepers. We must continue to be patient and tolerant, as no meaningful development can take place without peace and security of lives and property.

"I call on you today to form a vanguard of a new world, build on love and patriotism, always leading the advocacy for peaceful resolution of our differences. This is the surest way to immortalise this uncommon Nigerian, and dignify his memory."

The event also witnessed goodwill messages from the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, Deputy Speaker House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha, Minister of the FCT, Senator Bala Usman and the Ezeigbo FCT, Abuja, Dr. Sir Nwosu Ibe, while Chief Tom Ikim presented the Keynote Address.

The occasion also witnessed a Military Funeral Parade and a brief Church Service, led by the Catholic Arch Bishop of Abuja Diocese John Onayekan.

Wife of Late Chief Ojukwu, Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Peter Obi, members of the Federal Executive Council, Military top brass and other top serving and retired Army Generals were among the dignitaries that also graced the occasion.

Oh my goodness! I used to think that Akintola should be different from other Yoruba’s. I thought he should be one of the Yoruba’s you can take by their words. This people have finished me.

Fajuyi was protesting against the killing of Ironsi because He (Fajuyi) made Ironsi to come to Ibadan after Ironsi suspected insecurity in Ibadan. Again you could have asked/persuade the man to come eat even though he seem not to be hungry and is wicked just for you to be sure of something and have your peace.

The man action is not new to anybody. And it is not enough for anybody to take negative action on his relationship.
But if you are serious about this relationship you will have to help to make it work. It must take the cooperation of both parties to make any relationship successful.
As I said before, see if you can give some breathing space to the man and watch his action and your own feeling. If you feel happier staying away from the man for long then you are not meant to stay together (Marry). Giving the man some space will help him tell himself the truth concerning the relationship.

I don't trust most people's advices to you on this issue.
Remember you don't know anybody let alone their character; to take their advice. Be mindfull of people advices, the final decision should be yours as you understands the situation better than anybody.

Lets assume you have told us all the truth on this issue. Let me also hope you are not looking for a reason to backout from the relationship.

If this man really love you his attitude to you may change letter.
Confirm if you still love the man, because it could be that you are already loosing emotional feelings for the man also.

My advice to you on this is that you should not quit yet, But deliberately delay any further issue on the marriage proceedings. Also, give the man some space, the man will come crawlling and begging you if he truly love you or he will backout completely as a result of the gap you created.

It was stated in the Bible that in the latter days perilous time shall come. ( It is the same Bible that predicted that). God knows that in time like this that men will be the way they are now.

Pls. whatever decision you have taken already on this please consider what i will tell you now serious.
I was once in a similar position like you. I wanted to get close to God and to worship with a true believing Church. I could not found any church in Lagos which should be preaching nothing but the truth.
I'm talking to every sincere Christian where ever you are and especially those in Lagos. I discover that most churches(Pentecostal and non Pentecostal) are preaching what suit them, and they don't care much in correcting evil. they overlook many sin etc.

Now pls. whatever happen to you do not Join Jehovah witness (Ndi Ama Jehovah).

Before I say why you should not join them , let me first of all tell you my own side of the story when I was in your situation.

I had to visit many churches while looking for a comfortable church where I can worship.
As I was having this problem, I didn't know that God was watching me. So, one day God took my thought to his word while I was in the church.

No body could help me but God. So God took me to

So, this was the potion of the bible that settled the issue for me.

Pls. when you come to church refuse to look at anybody. always learn to look onto Jesus, he is the author and finisher of the christian faith.

There are clear different between Great tribulation and the wrath of God.

There are basically two belief here:
Pre-Tribulation rapture
Mid-Tribulation rapture
there is a third one (Post Tribulation) but I don't think that one has biblical backing.

Pre-tibulation I think would have been better for Christians and it is the most popular or most well explained by believers.

Pre-tribulation rapture is the rapture comming before the great tribulation.
If the rapture should come before the great tribulation then thats well and good by His grace I'm ready.

But I don't think; the scripture has not been contradicted if we get med-tribulation rapture.

Can somebody throw more light on this.
When will the Great tribulation come? When will it start and when will it end.
When will the wrath of God Start and when will it end?

Those that missed the rapture but managed not to recieve the mark of the beast; (lets assume that as many as did not recieve the mark must be killed even if they are in the forest) after they have been killed; when will they come to heaven?

Does it mean that those tribulation saints have (and will miss) the marriage supper of the lamb?

This marriage supper comes soon after rapture. And as I said before the resurection of the deaths in Christ also took place at the rapture.

I'm not sure when the resuraction/rapture of those that got the second chance took place. And again after the rapture I don't think there is another people hervested(second rapture).

Aslo after the rapture the wrath of God follows and this is so terrible. So the things are not very clear to me.

So you see, The end time issue and the mark of the beast could also be a time of clear distinction between believers and unbelievers and then the harvest will take place.
I can't guaranty any opportunity of making heaven after rapture. Bearing in mind that rapture involves the resurrection of the saints who are already death before the rapture.

After the rapture the world will face the wrath of God. Where God will punish those in earth including the antichrist.

Which Question is unanswered?

Why should the Muslims be looking for Mohammed's ID in the bible?

You seems to be confused, are you saying that He (Jesus) shouldn't have let people know that the crucifixion experience was painful. What are you saying. that will be a lie. New International Version (NIV) 18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone.


This man Called Jesus "GOOD MASTER", Jesus deliberately echoed it to the hearing of everybody. He want to let people know that the man called him Good and no other person is Good except God. So he was just telling the man and everybody that the man called him God.

Can't you see that he did not deny to be Good and he did not ask the man not to call him Good. So he accepted the worship.

Let me tell you that the man that called Jesus Good Master is a Jew and he was aware that no man is Good except God.
So, even While Jesus has not returned to his Glory( While he was still on earth he was been worshiped and was recieving worship).

Note that Jesus Christ was human when He was on earth. infact that is why blood even has to comeout. He choose to be in human form. Anybody that should be redeem man ie pay the banality for sin has to be human. so that is why he has to be human so he will also be treated as man and feel pain like human.

Even now we know that God can be angry or happy, remember we are made in Gods Image.
He was also tempted like human. He was also burn by human.

Just believe it, He took human form so as to qualify to pay for human sin. So those human feeling were not removed otherwise The devil may have complained. Sin has to be punished that is why the Devil will and all sinners will definite and legitimately be punished for ever in hell.

You that reading, this is the Christian message. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved.

Remember that if a Judge pardon an offender and ask him to go free, if the offender refuse the pardon, then he will have to serve the judgment (Which can be either dearth or some years in reason).

So, you see Christ is the chief Conner stone. Pls. do not take this likely, give your life to Christ while your are alive. Hell and heaven is real.

Many have died and came back to life to testify that all that Christ said are correct and many has seen hell.
Many has seen Christ. So you see, we are not claiming anything, we are sure of what be believe.

Don't make mockery of Gods redemption plan for man. So long you are still breathing you still have the opportunity to believe so that your sin will be forgiven; and them you can make heaven.

That is the essence of life. Nothing goes for nothing. What plan of salvation does Mohamed has for salvation.
Man Failed from  the glory and God set a plan for mans redemption hence the reason Christ came. God planned to come in Human form to pay the prise of sin for Human. Now any man that put his faith and accept Christ surferring will have his sin forgiven since Christ has paid the price for him.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Only God has power and qualification to do that. Because God will punish every sin. ie no sin will go unpunished.
But because God created man and want to redeem man he made provision for man's salvation he came down hemself to pay the price for man. This is so wonderful. We all are witnesses to this that as soon as you acknowledge this something special will happen to you. you will be redeemed.


This sounds very logical and real, anything outside this is manipulation.

That is why Bible said.

John 1:10  He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
John 1:11  He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
John 1:12  But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
John 1:13  Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John 1:14  And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

So, that why Jesus was also called the lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world.

John 10:7  Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
John 10:8  All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
John 10:9  I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
John 10:10  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 10:11  I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
John 10:12  But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

So, God planned this death of Christ even before Noah time (More than 7000 year ago). We call it sacrifice, it is not ordinary death; and it has to be dearth on the cross so he can redeem man (Those that believe on HIM) from every course. for it is written course is he that is hung on the cross.

John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?


Why should somebody still be doubting the claims made by Christ himself.

Without fear of contradiction we are very sure of who Jesus Christ is. The only thing we are doing now is to tell people about Christ.
Because except they put their faith on Him (Jesus Christ) they will like wise perish.

John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

I want to start by clearing some popular misconceptions amongst Muslims and some young Christians.

Please anybody that thinks that the Muslem god "Allah" is the same as the Christian God "Jehovah" is really deceived.

The author of Christian is Jesus Christ.
The Christian God can be called Yahweh or Jehovah.

The founder of Muslem is Mohamed
The Muslem god according to Mohamed is called Allah.

Christians and Muslims are completely different, they never look alike.
"Jehovah" is and will never be the same as Muslem god "Allah".

So the big question now is who is this Allah?
This question should be left for Muslims to answer.
