What you are saying has nothing to do with the issue here which is that Nigerian isn't simply more complex than the U.S. Nigerians on mass do not carry out their civic responsibilities en masse and that is the reason why Nigeria is the way it is. Try very hard to make sure you have a good grasp of what this means before you respond. It isn't more complex at all. It is merely the fact that corruption is embraced and upheld by the majority above the Law.

u don't want to understand the complexity from my own point of view too.
If few citizens are trying hard to make a system work but majority of the citizens don't see it that way or even went as far as sabotaging the system. such a situation can be describe as complex you know.

Nigeria is a complex because many of it's citizens are not ready to play by the rule.
