so it is right constitutionally for a governor to go to an arm of govt different from his own executive and use bulldozer to destroy part of the building because of political difference.it is also right for a governor to present a whole state budget to only 3 members in a 31 member house of assembly and they immediately sign it without going through the necessary processes approved by the constitution.it is also right for a governor to deny a local govt elected official funds to run there local govt.is it also right for a govt who isn't court of law to declare seat of elected officials vacant and u look the other way just because you don't support the other faction.
Is it also right for a governor to change location of assembly to his own govt house.
Mr man in as much as u condemn the wike side of alot of wrong doings also try and condemn most of what the gov is doing that is also non constitutional.Only then someone like me will take you serious as regards democratic norms and also believe you are
not supporting a side in the political division and still back to my statement that when the presidency is ready to address the issue he will give the order and if both side misbehave, a state of emergency will be declared and the National assembly will take over river state governance which the constitution also support.
The rubbish Gov Obaseki did swearing only few assembly members in the night as against the constitutional provision and went away with it just because some Buhari men supported the shenanigans.i don't think the present govt will allow those kind of anyhow behavior from people.less I forget , I also condemn in totality the rascality of the assembly men who are also pushing for impeachment of the gov.If they can't find a political solution then the national assembly should take over River state

case is in court and only court can give judgement in cases like this.
Back to the issue.U mean when wike had his camp and fubara had his own camp in same River PDP, that alone isn't a division already.
UCHE SECONDUS THAT I KNOW use to be in PDP and wike also in same PDP and both parties got there own faction in same PDP.Or is that one not a division already.Just in the last concluded PDP NEC meeting I think wike camp got the nod to continue leading the national PDP as against UCHE secondus faction
