Postpartum belt works when you wear it religiously, even ordinary wrapper do help me get my tummy flat after birth but it will shoot out again from too much fod. So note that if you eat too much as per omugwo food and all that plenty plenty orishirishi, that tummy will still shoot out somehow and if you are on EBF, it may be difficult to control what you eat. So for you to use a postpartum belt and get very good result, you have to watch what you eat and maybe include light exercise.you also have to get a good one.

Liftedhands have gone OYO since yesterday after preparing snail. She no wan share the snail with us na so I decide to cook mine. Watched YouTube video and the recipe someone posted here.
The snail makes sense o, I be found new way to cook my snail.

You have to buy size small cos even if size medium fits you at the onset, with time it will be too big for you when the tummy reduces. And the tummy can reduce really fast.

Pls o, don't carry anything heavier than your baby. That was what I was told and I had VD.
I use am do excuse very well o even when I was very strong, I go still talk say my doc said I shouldn't lift anything heavier than my baby. Hubby hear am.

Exactly, I think they have some type of ticket that you will buy from them and the airline cannot do anything to help you, they will refer you back to them.

You can still carry a 6month old with your carrier, just get a good one. I still use mine and baby is 9month though it's quite heavier and more tasking now cos of her weight. I use "evenflo" dunno if it's the in Naija mkt.

Lol same here. The first time I tried that Palmoil and sugar, fear just grip me and I almost gave up cos the tiny quantity I gave her couldn't have made any difference plus I didn't have st Loius cube sugar.
I read again about Palmoil and salt (heated salt), as the cough persisted, I decided to try it, both times I gave it to her, she baff me with vomit immediately the thing entered her mouth but I didn't give up, I gave her another one again and the cough stopped instantly and reoccurred the next day then I gave her the second dose and that was the end of the cough.
Na 12 midnight I dey do all this practical when everyone was fast asleep and the cough was so much that she couldn't sleep. MY CONFESSION

Neferitiram, abeg clear me on Turkish airline. I already have my toddler's ticket attached to mine so I want to attach baby's own to mom-in-law. Now the issue is we are getting her ticket from wakanow cos my in law works there (before e go turn out say I no gree support family member). I have my fears with them as regards this adding infant stuff. Can I do it straight at the airport without them?

Hmmm your inlaw should assure you that you will be able to add baby's ticket when the time comes, many people have been in this kind of soup b4 with wakakita. The last tym I was in US, one mama was able to add her infant easily cos she works in wknow but my flat mate own was wahala up and down, the price was high and when she finally decided to change her return date, if you hear how much dem quote foram eh, she jeje sitdown and waited it out as the price wasn't even payable lol.
