Hospital was beyond fantastic but doc's office a big disappointment, I mean why do we have to travel all the way to the US ,spend so much money and receive crappy treatment.Im actually waiting for my 2weeks post patum to state my displeasure.

Abuja medical visa success story. Don't lose hope yet. People are collecting visas. If you do your homework well, you should be fine.

if you plan to travel for vacation, select B1/B2 and make sure you travel for that vacation. if you don't intend to travel for vacation, you can go ahead and pick same B2 and wait for pregnancy to happen. If called for interview, explain your self. or you just wait till you are pregnant before reapplying if you still have some time left.

You can reschedule but only once. So once you reschedule, that will be the final.

wait? its either you keep vigil on the page (day & night) or you contract someone to do that for you. Asyou are waiting, people are also online waiting for those dates to pop up. Watchers are still picking up September dates popping up.

Since you are no longer going for childbirth, you should fill another form to tally with your present circumstance. Fill and change the form.

gdevening all. i need clarification regarding gtbank visa fee. i understand it has a validity of 1 yr. I paid in december 2017, does this mean i have to appear for interview before that date or schedule the interview and appear later say next year.

Errrmmm, I think you can attend interview next year, just book before the validity elapses. Better still, call the embassy to re-confirm

it has been successfully uploaded but not sent to IRCC cos you've not paid and submitted everything finally. You've only succeeded in uploading them. So go ahead, electronically sign the document and submit and you will see payment option. Luck

For Abuja, it's B1/B2 In the appointment page . you will only indicate B2 in your form

next thing pink slip, he said that's the shortest interview in the history of interviews... Lol, he also said, the woman didn't even look at him all through the interview, her eyes were on the computer all through. he just packed his load and left, but he said it was unfair, no fair hearing or proper interview, he said interview did not last 15 seconds

Hello everyone, I had my interview and was denied, I didn’t believe it because I overprepared. I was always on this thread and read almost every visa interview. The guy that interviewed me didn’t even check a single document. Here is my transcript, please what went wrong.
VO: good morning, how are u today
Me: good morning, I’m fine (with a smile)
VO: where are you going to in the US
Me: Houston, Texas
VO: what are you going to do in the US?
Me: I’m currently pregnant and wish to go and give birth to my baby.
VO: what do u do?
Me: told him I own a fashion house even told him how many staff that are working under me and how long I have been running the business... also chipped in that my husband is sponsoring the trip.
VO: what does your husband do?
Me: told him and even mentioned that I have his company documents.
VO: how did you find out about the hospital?
Me: A friend used them and recommended them to me, then I read online reviews too. Asked if he would like to see my correspondence and appointment letter, he said he’s not interested.
VO: which country have you been to?
Me: told him Dubai and Tanzania for vacation
VO: do you have any relative you will stay with in the US?
Me: No, I made a booking and asked if he wants to see my booking reservation.
He repeated that he’s not interested in seeing any documents and brought the blue paper.

Please where did I go wrong, the interview didn’t even last more than 3mins, he was just rushing the whole thing and cutting me off like he already made up his mind that he was going to deny me. I’m so devastated and my due date is in November, do I reapply and how do I even go about getting a closer date? Is there anything wrong with my interview so I can know what to do differently?

sorry about your refusal. if I may ask, which hospital/doctor is that? cos it seems they may have blacklisted some hospitals especially if its cheap. And these days it seems travelling alone without spouse or relatives to stay with may be a problem being that its your first time in U.S

You should reapply, same 6th Sept a pregnant friend got her visa in Abuja

They keep asking me that i didn't inform them while trying to renew and just deny it,and I explained while filling the D's 160 form,I decide to say ok and say it was not deliberate and I paid all bills.my interview today

I think there is something about car dealers that makes them get lots of refusal. Many transcript I've read about car dealers were refusals

what details? your doctor's correspondence and appointment letter is just enough. you should also have details of how much your hospital bills are and other bills. you should be fine.

My husband and I are already in touch with Dr Funso and Oakbend hospital. I will be staying at Precious Cedar

Please do you know if Oakbend receives pre-payment and do I have to contact them outside Dr Funso?
Also, what should I get ready for at POE.

you should be fine since you weren't pregnant when you got your visa. many people have been going in through Houston with similar case like yours. I don't think Houston is that bad like before.

I'm due in October and I sent my visa application short while ago (hoping for the best) I stated visiting as my reason and made no mention of giving birth there, I intend to face that hurdle at POE. Someone suggested Kitchener Ottawa but I'm not sure. Looking to get the cheapest option because there is a 90% chance I may have to deliver via CS. Interesting thread, I just had to follow.

I just checked again, he said Kitchener Ontario not Ottawa.

Did you do paper route? Cos that seems to be really fast now.
