Politics / Nigerian Doctors Strike Starts Tomorrow by pabloid(m): 11:12am On May 10, 2016
A five day warning strike of the association of Resident doctors commences on Wednesday 11th of May 2016.
This is to press home the demands of unpaid salaries for 8months in some state hospitals, unpaid December salaries in ubth, luth and uch. As well as payment of part salaries of doctors in many centres across the country.
The national president of NARD Mohammed Askira is however not eager to go on this strike as he is alleged to be very close to president Mohammadu buhari and the minister of health prof Isaac Adewole. He had to be forced even after shifting the ultimatum given to government several times to declare an action.
Innocent lives will definitely be lost in this needless strike. It Is hoped an amicable solution is reached soonest.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: FG Takes Over Recruitment Duties From Teaching Hospitals by pabloid(m): 7:01am On May 09, 2016
Instead of probing the evil CMDs this govt is chasing political opponents. Cmds have destroyed tertiary health care in Nigeria. They hardly pay staff their due, they corner hundreds of millions thru contractors, divert govt funds, employ only their friends and family, purposly delay salaries to spite their staff and show they are in control, put incompetent pple as heads of units. Hmmmm abeg everything shd be done from abj. May not be the best but Cmds are just evil

Health / Re: FG Takes Over Recruitment Duties From Teaching Hospitals by pabloid(m): 8:49pm On May 08, 2016
The cmds of teaching hospitals are very very corrupt. I appreciate the new minister's zeal to change the ills in the system. The cmds understand civil service systems and they manipulate it to ensure the hospitals are not efficient. I suggest three times a year employment as most medical personnel are temporary and leave the system at several times in a year.
