About building hotels for ICC, the government should first get ICC to function at a high level before investing in another hotel and ensure it doesn't destroy business for Agulu Lake Hotel.

The same goes for proposals for Onitsha ICC. Let the one in Awka be an outstanding success over 6 years before investing in another.

The hotel in Onitsha which was abandoned should be concessioned off to private investors. If there is a business case it will be built otherwise its a white elephant.

This is a standard way press outfits worldwide use in conducting surveys/opinion polls.
They pick numbers at their disposal at random(to avoid bias),then ask you a set of questions to gauge % opinion on an issue or a contest.
Even prior to elections they use it to gauge who people are likely to vote for in an election.

What is the scam here?
They wouldn't ask for your bank details or ask you for money,so where is the scam here?
It's an opinion poll.They may want to find out for eg who the responder prefers as the president amongst a set of potential candidates.
They may also ask how you rate the performance of Buhari for eg or how much you currently buy fuel.

Female police offficers are out their putting life at risk, are paid low, don't get respected enough yet are out there on the streets to keep it save against criminals. Onitsha clean up should include the following.

1) Massive road rehabilitation and reconstruction within Onitsha metropolis.

2) Immediate expulsion of touts and agberos stationed in different strategic places extorting unsuspecting and innocent traders and cyclists.

3) Ban on street trading.

4) Ban on illicit dumping of refuse at the road side.

5) More waste bin in government mapped out refuse sites.

6) Picking up all mentally deranged individuals and transferring them to their homes in Nteje.
