Once a circular is out signed by the necessary authority be expecting your new salary by December this month.

Note that the circular came out on the 20th of November and salary being prepare on the 18th of every month and that is why the implementation couldn't start last month because salary has already prepared. Be expecting new salary this month of December.

I have this believe that with the new minimum wage it will go up a little and gradually he will grow in it.Millions are out there looking for that job, since this trend started i believe you have mot seen anything relating to NOA here,that goes to tell you that despite there redundancy there recruitment or replacement isnt too open to the public. And yo me no FG job is small nowadays, as small as people will think yet not everybody can get it.No job goes out without the Presidency fully aware of it. Let him be thankful and move on.

Dont under rate any job with time he will grow in it.Let him cut cost and invest. Salary can never be enough.
There are lots of agencies doing nothing and they get paid NOA is not an exception.
If its so easy he should have crossed now.

That uber has been his idea but he works in a village in Edo state. Furthering education still needs money right? Corporate world good cos he's so intelligent but what happens when you keep applying and nothing is coming up?

Good idea,but he will need money to establish the salon I.e renting of shop and buying hair tools (remember his salary) is it the money that isn't enough for school fees,rent,feeding etc that would start a business? Even their cooperative isn't functioning, ask anyone about National orientation Agency you will get the full gist.

His marriage won't shake by the grace of God. He should just double his hustle meanwhile, getting a transfer of service is usually very difficult except you are know someone from the agency you are seeking transfer to.

The agency will have to send in a service transfer request to National Orientation Agency on behalf of the transferee.
