Lagos state should remember that any establishment that produces power above 100kw must get their license from the federal govt nt the state govt and all such power must be transfered to the national grid first

That law has been revised, although a license is required for any generation above 1MW. Depending on the agreement with NERC, they can distribute the generated power themselves without sending it through the National Grid. Please read about Embeded, Off-Grid and Captive Power Generation.

It's your objective(s) that will define ur study is about. Talk to your supervisor about drafting a set of objectives for your study, show him the ones yu have aswell. And while at that, get as many materials as you can get from the internet (scholar.google.com), read and digest them.

to contribute to the expansion of beliefs and attitude of students towards their health and well being and to deepen their understanding of the importance of good health habits on human health

These are 'expected contributions to knowledge', I think its more suited as that.

Has there been any existing study (you know of) that opined/pointed out/established the existence of 'poor health habit' in ur study area? If no, your study should be an 'assessment', since there is no prior knowledge of the existence poor health habits among the students. however, if you study is a review work (literature review), in which case, several studies must have been carried out for you to have enough papers to review, then you can go on with the topic as it is.
