Do I have to spend my whole life in the church(a building) to be born again? Or deprive myself of my purpose of being on earth? We all choose what we believe or perceive as good and bad, based on how much of instinct we use/rely on. Tradition, culture, norms and location also sharpen our perception of good and bad. One thing peculiar to all the holy books and religion doctrines is the existence of a supreme being (God) and encouragement of their followers to be good and do good. Its only in Nigeria we choose to be holier than Jesus.

I won't go deep into lecturing you on what a sample survey is, but just so you know, google and libraries aint the only means of gathering information/facts.
Sometimes you sample other peoples opinions (primary data collection) to capture first hand information. Before I decided to create this thread, I went on google to do some research, although not extensively. Every link I clicked attributed the ordeal to sleep paralysis, but I knew the information I got was incomplete. It doesn't explain the shadow I saw on the wall, neither does it explain the pinching and the hands I felt all over my body.
So far so good, I think I know better now. Thanks to other posters who shared their experience and not tag me as being lazy.

...and who are you to judge? If you had read the posts well you'd realize am a freethinker. That doesn't make you more holier than me or more of a Christian than myself. I drink, self-service and see indecency doesn't mean you don't do much worse things than that. Go through the bolden and ask yourself if Jesus Christ would have uttered such statement. I think when it comes to religion issue we all should be conscious of what we say and do. What we perceive to be a sin might not be and what we see as Godly might be a sin in Gods eyes.
