My dear it depends on you,cux last year I collected rent from my tenant before completion of the building and some moved in when there are some minor works I told them that there rent will start when I complet the work which took me like 3xtra months and immediately the work is completed I gave then reciept and they signed aggrement form |

some people boarded aircraft and before the plan take there comes announcement that this aircraft is made here in Nigeria people started screaming and rushing down remaining only one man and it happened that this man is a professor and one gentle guy went in to ask if he heard about the announcement he said yes and told the guy that he is a professor and with what they teach students that the plane will not even fly not to talk of crashing as the people rushing down fears 1 Like |
