Why not just send the product back to a given address while ur money gets refunded. Just an opinion. I mean u didn't need to meet to get the product sent to u, so not necessary to meet to get back a refund. It is not ur responsibility to meet him somewhere before u can return his product since it was way billed to u in the first place.

Good evening Nairalanders, I want to use this medium to warn each and everyone here to beware of this guy who hide under the pretext of selling 3D whatever, and have no idea and iota of what he is selling. Let me quickly go straight to the point.

Sometimes in January 2019, I contacted this guy about 3D light for my W203 2004 Mercedes Benz, which he asked me to send him the car picture and the door light pictures, which I sent to him, and he assured me of having it in stock, little did I know this guy was only looking for a platform of defrauding me of my hard earned money. He sent his account details and asked me to pay N7,000 for the total package, I transferd the said amount to him.

On the getting the light he sent, I discovered it to be totally different from what we agreed on, he sent me BMW light, which doesn't even size my ports, the same light in Akure is N2500, which the Benz own is scarce and goes for N5,500 if available. I called him more than 30times for me to update him about the contrary supply he made, he refused to pick my calls and failed to return my calls. I sent him messages on his WhatsApp to notify him about his action, after some days he managed to reply me back and started flimsy excuses, and the reason why I was calling him was for me to send it back to him through the same driver, but he didn't pick. He later reply me on WhatsApp after some days, and I told him I want my money back and am sending him his trash back, which he agreed.

A friend of mine who is a lawyer came to Akure, and I gave him the lights to return it back to Benin and connected both of them together on phone, my friend and I have been calling him since last week Friday, a week now and still counting. He is not picking our calls nor call back, I am ready to let go of my money and his trash, but I want to use this medium to warn others to beware of another fraudsters here hiding under the canopy of selling 3D rubbish.
