The saddest day of my life was a day before my B.Sc project defense, was in the operating room for 8hours just to have my Appendix removed. I still find it hard to Reference that Chapter of my llife.

Lol nah he isn't bleeped(yet), its all in the mind, if he wants to quit he'd quit. The options would help him, cos its not about wanting to stop(this is easy) but actually succeeding. If you stop and the withdrawal syndrome hits you madly from the running nose to the unbearable insomnia to the restless feet and many more, you'd just grab the closest pill and pop so you wouldn't have to go through all that and you're back to phase one. And the cycle continues....

That's just how it is with substance abuse actually, whichever drug it is. You either keep going, or you stop and hit the ground roughly once and for all.

Lol you are addicted to tram? Of all drugs?? You need cain. Depends on the dose you've been on and how long you've been on it.

Don't even think of going "cold turkey" (stopping it abruptly) if you've been popping it steadily in high doses for atleast a month, opiate/opiod withdrawal is the craziest thing you can experience, you'll just run mad at night grin

Option 1: Reduce your doze steadily till you finally stop. Also the time of the day you pop them (if you've been doing them every morning, change to afternoons and smaller doses so your body would stop getting used to it)

Option 2: Stop taking them (this is if you're really determined to stop) then when the withdrawals start hitting you go buy valium or any benzo for pharmacy, pop am then sleep, it would help you get through the withdrawals as you'd be too fvcked up to notice. So long you don't swap your old addiction for the new one(Do this for a week max then continue the battle O.Y.O).

Finally it's all up to you to quit. Stay off ~~cheap~~ drugs

Btw why on earth are you even taking tramadol huh

Actually I started off practising for toefl, so switching to ielts was moi-moi

I feel the later is pretty easy if you know your way around, it's super easier to average 8.5 than dream the toefl equivalent of that same score (my opinion)

My tips: Always aim high thus practice not just with random materials but with band 9.0 samples. When searching for sample materials add "band 9.0" before or after. Using these materials will hone you for the best and even ifyou fall short on the exam day you won't fall too low. Watch YouTube speaking band 9.0 samples by native speakers and your speaking test will look like a rehearsal. One of the questions I was asked on speaking day I'd seen already in a sample video.

For writing, one important tip is to "write paragraphs not essays" Don't just blablabla...just make sure each paragraph is wicked and use enough linking words. Work on vocabulary too, before my writing and speaking tests I wrote down about 10 big words and swore to find a way to use all of them grin

Keep practising, that's the cheat code.

I dig. Whichever era you decide to lock into and chill with depending on your mood, the vibe will always be there.
