Ogbeni, each position had been zoned. If you listened to the Senate President reaffirm the fact that each zone should come up with its own unity list. It's the exclusive of each zone to nominate its representatives without Buhari having to intervene. He won't overreach himself having singlehandedly nominated the party chairman.
