Fuel energy is released through combustion and water is already a product of combustion so can not combust again. ..
The closest u can get is to heat up water and use the energy to drive turbines and this technology would be foolish on small scale

Energy cannot be extracted from water in its original form except

1. It's propelled under pressure

2. It's falling from a height

3. It's heated up to steam to drive a steam turbine

4. It's electrolyzed into hydrogen and oxygen then burnt back

Water it's in its completely stable state.

Energy is often obtained from substances that aren't yet in a completely stable state.

1. Fossil fuel which isn't completely stable is burnt to a stable state to form co2 and water

2. Fission is carried out on unstable radioactive nuclei to form more stable nuclei.

3. In nuclear fusion, two atoms which are "stable" are combined to form an atom which is unstable. The unstable atom rapidly reverts back to a more stable form with the release of energy.

@Lisimmo, can't you make the app workable on BB phones. I've tried downloading it but it can't be downloaded on BB phones.

Will fix it in the next version.

NYSC Camps:This is where 75% of all your customers are currently. Breaking into NYSC camps is a big deal but with determination everything is possible.

Ancillary Products/Services: The would probably work in schools. Organising seminars and workshop for graduating students would help push your application to students who are your next target market.
