Send with pdf. Pdf had been a standard document format for over 16 years and most ATS can recognize pdf very well. However, if your pdf is an image in pdf i.e. if you can't select and copy the words of your cv from your pdf cv, ats won't recognize it. Thus is the actual reason ppl think ats don't recognize pdf. Word had issues with versions, it had no security (it can be edited) and your layout might scatter. |

Currently adding a new feature to my app (MyJob app on android) which will make it possible to create powerful cv's in up to 10 different formats in less than 5 mins Users will also be able to evaluate their cv's using 2 applicant tracking systems (ATS). It's quite tough which explains why it's taking long but someone's gotta do it.
