Check if ur call speaker is still good. Try calling network customer care for a test, if it doesn't produce any sound, you can try factory reset, if it doesn't work, try old version of ROM flashing, if it doesn't work, know that ur call speaker is faulty.

Hi, i'm having issues with my umidigi a3 pro, after the recent update i can't hear the other person calls except i put the phone on speaker, the battery tends to drainge much faster, please help any solution?
