The posters budget was 45-50k, so anything out of that is not welcomed, nokia 3.2 is a 3/32GB phone that has two years of android update and 3 years of android security patch, does redmi 7 support that?

redmi 8 is much more costly 60+ While redmi 7 is relatively old, about 1 and a half years ago. So i still recomment Nokia 3.2

You are right, personally i avoid buying chinese goods and i want all reasonable people to do the same
