I camp in Ogun state and there's no such announcement of request letter. My friend who camped in Lagos at the same time with mine told me it was announced officially. Though some states might be accepting request letter but it will be through back door as villa12 said. It's not official like Lagos. It is a well known fact that only Lagos camp accept request letter. This doesn't stop anyone from going to camp with request letter. Even those who submitted request letter in Lagos camp not all got their request as PPA at the end of camp


@fadilamaikirik Ofcourse redeployment in camp is total free but you can't get Lagos and Abuja

Just go to camp with your request letter, that's headed, then meet the those ICT people in camp. They're the ones in charge of posting. And some staff and officials do bring their own slots too. Also talk to your platoon officer about it.

I was surprised at what he wrote that was why I asked the question? I have heard people talk about request letter ish too.

like i said earlier only Lagos camp accept request letter, so i hope the state you've sorted for is Lagos? If your hospital is registered with NYSC, i mean if anyone had been posted as a corper to serve in your hospital then you can go with the request letter you'd be posted there. If it's otherwise, then you can work your PPA after camp If you got posted to a place you don't like
