His entrance was stealth...his attacks weren't. He just entered Konoha and started bursting things up....A stealth attack, the people won't even notice an enemy till he's accomplished his mission or something unexpected bursts his location.

maybe but what i wanted to bring out is that konoha didnt know what hit them and if not for Jiraiya's intel and naruto prowess, konoha would have been toast.
That arc is still one of the most interesting part of naruto to me.

Its a fact that the clan weren't expecting any attacks.
Its also a fact that twas a night attack when the lights have gone out. Don't compare it with Pain who lunched an all out open attack by day time.
Its also a fact that twas done by only 2 people.... Itachi and Obito.
Itachi himself had no real grudge towards the clan, so when he was given the job, he contacted 'Madara' to help him out.
Obito himself have been moving in and out of Konoha unnoticed, so its not hard for him to appear in pitch darkness and kill off people without being noticed.
As for Itachi, he also took his parents unawares and that was because of Sasuke......and yes, he had the MS before then. It awoke around when Shisui died. He didn't kill Shisui though. (And this is the plot hole....why did he keep pressuring Sasuke to kill his best friend for the MS, making it seem like its the only way...while that wasn't his own way).

Even pain attack was a stealth one.Remember the konoha sensory guys only sensed one intruder entering only to discover multiples of guerrilla attack had hit the village.

i think transition was our problem after the decline or departure of super-stars from epl there wasnt anyone else to fill their big boots.To me too much dependence on established stars caused this, there wasnt anyone like Sir Alex ferguson who could successfully blend in young talent with the already established stars.Other clubs were just contented to poach from smaller epl clubs and foreign clubs,to worsen the case right now talents are damn scarce in d market the ones available are at alarming prices.
Look at la-liga itself after this set of players(madrid and barca) have retired or declined there would be a decline in the fortunes of that league dont be suprised if bundelisga or the dutch league starts to boss Ucl.

well i think it something peculiar to us in Nigeria there seems to be this prejudice towards younger ones/workers by the older one/workers.
You hear things like 'when were you born', 'what do you know', any advice from the younger generation is seen as insult.
