Neymar is the origin of his own injury woes. E too Dey put leg.

I think Liverpool will equalize. They’ve had A. Madrid pegged to their 18 yard box.
He has added weight. That is the begining of the end.

Atletico has really defended well sha. They limited the threwt of Liverpool's wide players. But they would need to come out a little bit at anfield sha. They can't be too conservative there.

Lol The guy is right. Refs are shït, and VAR is inconsistent.

But did the guy keep the same energy and make a video like this after Jorginho somehow avoided a red carded against Arsenal?
Actually he said the review of that match that we basically stole the match. But let not forget decisions were even out that day. Guen also could have easily seen red.

Probably. Let see the outcome of their appeal at the Cas. If they reduce it to one season then we don die for EPL. If not leave that side jare. Boredom would set in and some players would Leave.

In order news like play like play, Aguero and Kdb will not have any performance to point to in UCL sha.

But still.. The pattern of play doesn't fit this guys at all.. They are still better than this mehn
Those guys are counter attack specialist, that is where their strength lies. Playing Possession football requires requires special training for the players since academy, intelligent use of space and creativity for both the midfielders and the attackers. It is the hardest style of football to play and can be easily defended against if a team dose not have the right set of players or one or two of the players are not in form.
To make it worse almost all of the Possession based coaches are stubborn, pragmatic and will refuse to change their setup even in the face of impending failure.

Man Utd on 2008-2009 vs Liverpool of 2018/19 who is better
If they both should meet in a one off game

Both lost the CL finals both won the CL finals

I didn't post on Man Utd thread cos I know they might be biased

Man Utd
------------------------------VDS
Brown-- Rio---Vidic--Evra
----Carrick--Scholes--Hargreaves
---Ronaldo---Rooney--Tevez

Liverpool
------------------Alisson
--Trent--Matip--VVD--Robertson
--Fabinho--Henderson--Wijnaldun
--Salah--Firmino--Mane
Most of the United team makes it into my combined team. To be fair it quite close sha. United midfield edges Liverpool in terms of creativity but both are on the same level in terms of defensive organization and compactness and stamina.

The attack of both teams contains lethal strikers who have excellent technique and an eye for goal. United slightly edges here too. Rooney's finishing, passing creativity surpasses that of firmino. Ronaldo and Salah have an eye for goal but Ronaldo trumps in terms of creativity, dribbling. The margin between Tevez and Mane is quite slim, the former with better finishing the latter with better creativity and stamina.

The defence is almost equal though United slightly edges here too. Van der sar >= Alisson.

It hard to decide who wins though, both have the skills and stamina to wait out each other.

I asked you to give me players currently on injuries and the "not-so-good" replacements. You dont need to give me progress reports. All the replacements above have a very high chance of starting a match in other teams.

When Tottenham and Arsenal were performing poorly, sacking their coaches were justified. But when City loses, its not entirely Pep's fault. Its injuries (of how many players sef?) that is a major problem.

And i'll appreciate if you just delete the bolded. Sincerely, its very funny, and you of all people shouldnt be typing that
I don't know about Emery but Pochetino sacking was harsh I particularly felt he should have been allowed to finish the season. Also Managers are usually sacked when there is a complete fall out with key players or when performances are way below expectations.

About the fault ish, one cannot Just lay everything at the feet of the manager. As bad as we were under Mourinho there was a general feeling the players were the problem. You cannot say man City problems this season is down to just Pep management.

Injuries?

Kindly state the injured players, and the replacements that are not good enough for those positions
Sane - Sterling and bernando have not replicated their last season performance especially the lattter.

Laporte- Fernandinho has been an able deputy but it has also deprived city of his steel in midfield. The struggles of otamendi and stones are well documented I believe. Rodri who replaced Fernandinho at the base of the midfield is still finding his feet.

Zinchenko/ Mendy - Zinchenko came in as a result of Mendy's Injury and deputized well until his Injury and Angelino came in for him and has been suspect defensively. Mendy came in too and seems to have lost his pace and crossing that added to his defensive weakness beforehand.

Silva, Aguero have all had their spells out of the team. What you people don't understand about the style Pep uses is that it is a high risk system that requires all of the players in the system understanding their role and be able to execute it. Just one weakness is enough for the whole team to collapse.

Pep himself takes part of the blame the game against United for example playing such a high line against a team with pacy players built for counter and him knowing his defence was suspect was suicide as far as I know.

A man down when you had a two goal lead? Common. You obviously know football better than this

He had 40 minutes to just hold on and get even a draw. Or are you saying Wolves midfielders are better than City's?

That was a very shambolic performance from Pep. If that was a final, it would have been worse.

But what's disappointing is that you Pep loyalists found a way of exonerating him from it, and blaming it on LaPorte's absence.
Did you watch the wolves match bro? That loss was on Mendy and otamendi if you ask me. What was Pep supposed to do to prevent Mendy from doing a poor job of shielding the ball? Or otamendi refusing to stay on his feet rather choosing to jump in allowing Doherty to easily sidefoot him and score with his weaker foot. City losses this has been due to both Pep mgt and Injuries. You are using a wrong scenario to prove your point bro.
