The same thing happened in Italy v Jamaica. The Jamaica keeper saved the penalty, they were about playing corner when the ref use VAR to give Italy opportunity to retake the pen and still gave the keeper yellow card.

The rule is senseless. They should kuku just turn penalty into automatic goal if they don’t want keeper to move to save a one vs one spot kick that’s in the player advantage. Bastard people.
