l can't recall Ngwo's but for Nike the Ugwogo community has a huge stretch of fallow land, if the roads have been fixed it should be about 20mins drive from Abakpa Nike. l hope this helps.

When l was involved in a rice project in Anambra State l was staying in Awka while the project was located in Achalla which is about an hour drive despite l was always there almost every day of the week even on a Sunday if there was an emergency, l know the challenges.

Once you have a local you can trust then you are on a profitable path.

Where your school is located should also be a deciding factor. lf for example your school is UNEC, it makes no sense having a farm in Ezeagu area due to distance.
