at the sight of make millions on the topic i know that it would attract lots of people to this thread, but it would not be disappointing to you if you can be patient to learn the most stress free methods of getting good money within 45-50days. The world is seeking for more stress free ways of actualizing greater yield... I have always gone through lots of crucibles maintaining a whole hectere of farm land, with lots of challenges to go through... ranging from the stress of clearing a whole hectere plus ploughing and ridging as if that stress is not enough you now come to prevent weeds after the pre-emergence herbiciding u would still end up battling with weeds at some point in time, God save you if you are using mulching films just to prevent the war with weeds... come to think of it using 150k just for weed control on a hecter of land or cost of paying people to weed your farm like 2-3 times...i made inquiry of leasing a hectare of land for a year, can you imagine the price to lease? as if I was buying the whole land, that would be a story for another day... you may have not farmed on a hectare of land to know that pesticiding a whole hectare is not funny, doing that at least every week just to mention a few stress found at managing a whole hecter of cucumber farm...
necessity they say is a mother of invention... though hard times too can make your dull brains think twice...
I read here on naira land about sack farming, I put it into practice but the ideas of minimizing stress came to mind as I grew and matured in the sack method I produced my first 200 cucumbers stress freely and I enjoyed it... the only stress you have is filling the bags... but as you go through this my piece of research you would discover that the stress of filling those bags with Sand is nothing compared to the stress u would get farming on a whole hectare... the cost of calling the tractor for clearing, ploughing, harrowing and ridging divide it into 5... give one part to workers who would fill the bags with good soil and say bye bye to lots of things I would mention at the cause of this piece. now let's talk about how to convert a 3plots to a hectare... hope some one is following my new tricks on how to make a million from 3plots of land farming cucumber

If this clown and the other governors really care about their people and their property, they should invest in fire fighting equipment, fire training and infrastructure to help them do their job effectively, safeguard lives and property. What the shameful man did was undue interference.

I don't even see any properly equipped firefighter on scene, not a single firefighter wearing fire helmet.


When was the last time Fayose equipped the state's fire service with ordinary helmet?

I wonder oo. His presence will distract the professional fighters. Why must he be climbing the truck when he is not a certified fighters, and he was even giving directions where to put out. There are some things you don't joke or make headlines with. The photographers and paparazzi will be distracting the work done there. Just look at howmany people holding phones and recording the so called drama.
Am very sure nothing meaniful will be achieved in that pulling off the infeno. It will totally raise that truck and the surroundings down.
What happened if there is huge fire explosion in the course of using small plastic container to pull heavy fire off? The ff will be struggling to save the governor as well as pull the fire off. My kingsmen, that are really certified mumu will be hailing him. Am sure deep inside him that is for the camera.
All what he needs to do is put all the machineries and logistics in order for emergences like this ,just like what ambode is doing, may not be something big but good equipments and rescue missions and his presence is not needed there.smh

Cos in leasing, there z d tendency for annual increase in rent as Lagos landlords do, n if u decide to lease for many years, I'll suggest that money be used in outrightly buying a land. Lands r available at Old Nekede around d zoo, although I know some farms r already located there. Also, does the farm have to be in Owerri? Considering that the river flows through several communities, why not get a land in one of those communities that lie along the river path?

Though I'm not in Imo, but I'll be open to investment opportunities as Bros Jasper does.

Agrixulture is a hotcake in Imo state n d little time I spent researching t there last year shows that animal farming z even more lucrative due to the presence of numerous hotels, eateries and bars. Fish, snail and chicken most especially. Infact, suppliers ain't enough for these commodities. That doesn't discard the demand for food/vegetables cos even Bros Jasper said he doesn't meet demand for his cucumbers.
