InvertedHammer: / They got what they deserve.
ARIK has been in the news lately for everything on how not to run an airline--delayed flights, cancelled flights, missing luggage, rude customer service reps.
Yet, this folks went ahead and bought ARIK tickets. Were they expecting miracles?
ARIK deserves to be left the hell alone. But will Nigerians listen? Perhaps, it will take ARIK plane crash to sink in.

The violent take it by force does not mean you should be aggressive... Let's take this example, A very loyal Son asks his Dad for something and the dad refuse due to some reason best known to him, if the boy then decide to take it by force against his father's wish, how would the father see the boy..Would he say, O my son u've done well or he would rebuke him (food for thought).
That you prayed for 1hour, raising your voice to the extent of losing it when you are not in church does not mean that my 20mins prayer won't get the desired result. |

omogidi234: Violence take it by force suggest that you will not take no for an answer but not shouting and disturbing others. So many pastors have misinterpreted this 'The violence takes it by force' and members just follow them blindly |

Joy of motherhood was very interesting and depicted how things happen in the real world...it was set in Ibusa, delta state where the author comes from that's the only book from Buchi Emecheta that have read. 1 Like |

LordofNairaland: Is Samankwe in the Rainforest not the story about a madman?
There is a story book I have been looking for all my life. I am not sure if it is Samankwe in the Rainforest or Samankwe The Madman. It's Samankwe in the strange forest and it's not really about a madman... it's a boy who came late to school and when his teacher was flogging him for late coming he ran into the forest where he came across a lot of different people and strange things. |
