American SUVs are good for their looks and options. However, I will advise you to avod American cars in Naija, go for the Hondas,Toyotas,Isuzus and Mitsubishis. Apart from the fact that they are durable, our mechanics also have an idea of how they work. Experience is the best teacher |
I just sold two 2001 Pathfinder for N1.8m (all leather) |
I totally agree with Viperman. 2000 RX 300 will fetch you about N2.4m. If you are a dealer, I will suggest you invest your money in a Toyota 4Runner,so that you won't spend donkey years trying to explain that a Lexus is an upgraded Toyota. Best of luck. By the way I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey for sale, asking price N1.7m |
Fair deal for a 98 Altima is 0.9 to 1m naira. I have sold a couple at this rate within the last 3 yrs |
Find out if it can open the glove compartment. If it can't then what you have is the valet key. |
I have 2000 Honda Accord V6, Lthr,AC,CD for sale for N1.35m. It landed in Lagos 2 wks ago. Let me know if you are interested, I need money bad bad |
I'm with my dekalb man on this. I just sold my Cobb 2000 camry for N1.5. GA man beware, Camry na hot-cake for naija |
What about taxes and all other dealers add-on? Won't the guy risking his doe get some profit? I just bought an 07 LE Lemon-Green for a friend. It cost him N3.3m, but this is cash before buying. |
Guys, will the ports allow Minivans that are older than 8 years with less than 12 seats in to Naija (the legit way)? Old Glory I beg wetin u know about this? |
In the US model matters: GXE is the topmost for the 99 Altima. I sold one in Naiaj some months back for N1m |
By the way, I see that you are in NJ, just call the dealer and they will do it for you. IT's FREE |
In addition to Sultaan's suggestion, if you don't have the manual you can also check the glove compartment (front of passenger side), the code is sometimes written there. You will see two set of numbers, the first is the model number and the second is the code. All you need is to enter the code. If you don't have the code, you can remove the CD player and post the serial/model number from the back of the CD player to me. I will call a Honda dealer, retrieve the code and post it back on the forum. You will need to keep this code because you will need it everytime the battery is removed or disconnected. Best of luck |
I think they have the same quality. The Nissan brand is cheaper, but Toyota have a better resale value. |
There is no difference btw American and British FORD cars. FORD is simply Fix-Or-Repair-Daily. The only area that FORD excel is in Trucks (F150 and co), even there luxurious brand LINCOLN sucks. I pity those guys driving Navigator in Naija, transmission will kill dem. You can still sell a 92 Camry for $2500 whereas you will struggle to find a buyer for a 2000 Ford Taurus except the price is $1000 |
I think they get it in NYC too. A friend called me to confirm that he's getting it in Gaithersburg area. Unfortunately, I tried it in the ATL and it didn't come up By the way, have u been to the ATL recently, the Mecca of the South, is also the home of the BRAVES (NIGERIANS). Don't gossip in Igbo or Yoruba in any stop in the ATL otherwise you will be shock that big brother is hearing u. |
Nigerians have seen enough brutality, we don't need FOOTBALL, SOCCER is cool and clean. We don't need overweight bullies, we already have enough unfit men in military uniform. |
I don't know where people get this idea from but life is not easy anywhere. On a funny note (true story), a custom lady was mad at me the last time I passed through MMA, we had a heated debate on tip and I was shocked when she look me from head to toe and shoute "Oga, no be Europe you dey live now!". How do you survive with 50 cousins calling you asking from their share. I thought my sister a big life lesson last month. I sponspored her to the UK for 3 month just to see how people hustle to survive. She left after a month and promised to take her naija bank job serious. Life is not always greener on the other side. |
I have a babyboy, leather, CD, Ac full option. I'm willing to let it go for N1.5m.This is a very clean car, I bought it brand new before sending it to Lagos. Call Biola on 08056013843 (tell him DEMO send u) |
At most 700K. The 00/01 model sells for an average price of 1.5m |
yes we are easily exploited, tell me any artiste that can boast of $200 a show in the US, even MJ, Prince or Frank Sintra show won't cost that for standing. Seeing is believing check out www.ticketmaster.com and see for your self. That will get you a nice seat at the old Laker's game. I sorry for Nigeria. |
nice one |
Dodge Durango has a smooth ride and good balance on the road, the only problem is gas. I had to sell mine when gas proces went up. Also it doesn't have a good 2nd hand value like the Japanese SUVs, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Acur, Infiniti etc |
No thief will ever be interested in my phone, cos I buy it used and rugged but guess what, it serve the purpose, the problem is that naija is investing 2 much money on phones, even when network no dey. |
EFCC needs to probe churches, mosques and other religious bodies that's where most of the loots from ABJ ends up. The greatest thief has a seat reserved for him in church. Didn't u see Fayose last week? |
Married and happy ![]() |
Fayose arrested at Idi-Iroko border - Now in SSS custody, to face trial http://www.tribune.com.ng/17102006/news/news1.html |
I can't but agree with you guys, I have seen some of those pictures on some days they are not the best at all |
I read it on Tribune (Online Edition). Funny Guy, Adieu http://www.tribune.com.ng/16102006/news/news11.html |
good ridance to bad rubbish, thank God minus one bad black in the news. |
This happens in Latin America all the time. As a practising Catholics, I'm sorry to say that this is more of a hoax than anything. One woman said she saw the Blessed Virgin Mary on cookies and sold it on ebay. I beg save us from this blasphemy. |
It's a common trend now to see many Nigerians who had no tangible jobs or interest abroad, returning home with some cooked resumes, name them Fayose, Serubawon, Obanikoro, Alayema, etc. The common trend is getting a KATRINA degree (from some mushrooms schools in LA). |
