I also thought North Africa was doing well until an Algerian told me what was going on there since the time when Chadli Benjedid was in power. The guy was so crooked and greedy he had the whole beach for himself and his family. Later crooked Bouteflika came in, him and his family also stole billions of $$$$ . In Tunisia Ben Ali was worse than an Sub Saharian. As far as West Africa is concerned, we ( West Africans ) are in big time trouble.  Many of our presidents have a lot of things to hide. Nigeria is not doing that bad, with its 200 + millions , compared to Guinea-Conakry, where the crooked Doumbouya regime is accused of too much money laundering . Senegal, Ivory Coast, Togo, Benin are not transparent. Maybe Ghana is doing better. |

Little snow paralyzed South African roads . Did the minister of road infrastructure steal the money ? You guys have weather forecast stations, don't you? before the snowfall, snow trucks should have put salt on those roads and snow removing trucks should have taken the roads to clear the way. Ask the Canadians and the Americans how to work. They don't steal the money like we do in Africa. Had this been in Nigeria, in DR Congo or Ivory Coast, we would have seen the same scenario. The roads would be paralyzed with no snow truck on the streets, in the meantime the minister of road infrastructure would have billions of Euros in his personal bank account after siphoning money from road funds. In the US and Canada, despite heavy hostile weather every years, the boys are working. They car on the battle front even at 2:00 AM clearing the way. See the pictures.

WannaHowzit: Snow trucks did the jobs to exhaustion , the salt reserves were used to the last grain of salt. you can bet in South Africa no snow truck hit the roads and no one cares about the weather forecast, if there was any forecast at all. In Canada and the US, the boys are at work.

When the rest of us saw Rudy Giuliani on Trump 's inner circle in 2016, we knew that Trump was heading into a big mess. Still we kept thinking maybe he ( Trump ) would make it without being hit by the sea waves he was triggering himself. The waves hit him badly because he is in trouble now on false claim about "rigged elections" . Giuliani also is in trouble, The latter lost his law practice license and was fined big time . As many might know , Giuliani is a renowned dishonest racist and money -hungry creepy fellow a smart/ wise person wouldn't hang out with. After the Giuliani episode, we wonder why Trump is embarking on another journey (again) with another racist, liar and money -hungry guy like Elon Musk. The reason might be very simple: Trump put his nose anywhere there is big money, just like many republicans. When they hear about someone who can be a big donor to their campaign funds, they lose their balance and jump into the saddle. With Elon Musk, Trump is dreaming to build a shadowy multi -billion business under the cover of smoky political appointments, federal contracts and more.if he gets elected.
