Education › Talk About Your Best Memories From Elementary School Through College by panafrican(op): 2:31am On Oct 16, 2017
Elementary, middle and HS, plus college. Lots of good memories.
High school literature teacher was a communist, He wanted to remake the world. Kind of dogmatic who believed what he says. The philosophy teacher was a soft Christian.

One student challenged him on religion , asking " Sir Friedrich Nietzsche a German philosopher said GOD is dead ", what do you say about that.

Calmly the teacher replied " whether God exists or NOT, if you follow what he says , if you don't steal and don't go around married women, then you are better off , you won't get hurt , but if you don't follow that you might get hurt, not God "

The physics class in college was also fun when the instructor talked about Narvik ( or something, a city in Europe where you could see the sun at midnight. He said some tourists were lying pretending to see the sun when it was not there grin

High school boarding school was very fun with a discipline officer being fooled by a student. This officer was not an English speaking. When he stormed the dorms at 11:30 PM to see which student was still telling stories ( instead of sleeping) , he asked the bad boy " what's your name ?" the student replied " My name is NOBODY".
The next day on the suspension list from the discipline office we saw : The following students are expelled from the dorms for a week for making noise when they should be sleeping : 1. ....; 2....; 3. NOBODY.... grin grin 4.........

Another story : Middle school catholic youth retreat on Saturdays : At the retreat after the Bible study comes the dinner. We had to pray before eating. During the prayer one guy next to me was saying "oh this food smells good, can the priest stop praying now, his prayer is talking too long ! grin grin

I can also throw punches – Lungu
By Andrew Chileshe on October 14, 2017

PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu says people should not think that because he is President, he can’t throw punches.

And President Lungu says some individual should not dare him into a boxing ring because his punch will knock him out cold.

Speaking upon arrival in Ndola at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe airport today, President Lungu said his silence does not mean he cannot hit back.

He boasted that if he decided to draw a punch and hit, he would not only strike but he would knock out the individual to a point where he would never stand up.

“Naka nyelele nga mwakatinta tinta kala suma, (even an ant can bite if you continue poking it)…it doesn’t mean nga ndesola ama koffi teti mpose (if I am ducking punches, it doesn’t mean I cannot throw. If I declare war on one individual, he shall not rise,”

President Lungu said in apparent reference to Roan PF member of parliament Chishimba Kambwili who has launched a vigorous campaign against corruption in the PF government.

Kambwili recently challenged Lungu to respond to his allegations of corruption at State House and dared law enforcement agencies to arrest him if what he was saying was not true.

However, State House, according to spokesperson Amos Chanda, has opted not to respond to Kambwili’s corruption allegations but “to ignore him”.

President Lungu said that he was a calm and composed man but the continuous antagonistic position against him would cause him to react.

Kambwili and opposition party leaders have also challenged President Edgar Lungu to explain to the nation the source of his sudden wealth.

President Lungu, however, said that his love and faith in God and Christianity were his guide in his rule.

Activist expelled from Senegal arrives in France
By AFP
PUBLISHED: 07:05 EDT, 7 September 2017 | UPDATED: 07:05 EDT, 7 September 2017

Kemi Seba, the former leader of the Ka tribe, was arrested at his home in the Senegalese capital in August

A controversial west African activist expelled from Senegal for being a "threat to public order" arrived in France on Thursday, according to an airport source.

Kemi Seba, born in France to parents from Benin, was ordered to leave Senegal Tuesday following an incident last month in which he burned 5,000 CFA francs -- a banknote worth 7.6 euros ($9.10) -- in an anti-colonial protest over "French Africa".

The 35-year-old landed at Orly airport in Paris, where a reception committee of around 20 people awaited him, the source said.

Seba, whose real name is Stellio Capo Chichi, was acquitted by a Dakar court last week on the charge of destroying a banknote following a complaint by the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO).

However, the Senegalese interior ministry took the decision to expel him, saying "his presence on national territory represents a serious threat to public order".

The former leader of the Ka tribe -- a group that was dissolved in 2006 in France, particularly for anti-Semitism -- was arrested at his home in the Senegalese capital in August.

After spending five days in detention, Seba was released along with another member of his Urgences Panafricanistes movement who was being held for providing him with a lighter.

- Rights groups 'surprised' at expulsion -

The Dakar prosecutor's office appealed against the decision, and a legal source told AFP on Tuesday that he is to be retried at a future date.

In a joint statement, three rights groups -- the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, the Senegalese League of Human Rights and Amnesty International Senegal -- said they were "surprised" at the expulsion.

They denounced the "completely arbitrary procedure which violates the right to aid provided for people covered by deportation orders" and had asked the Senegal government to postpone the expulsion.

The CFA franc is pegged to the euro and used in eight west African countries in the region, six of which are former French colonies. A similar currency of the same name is used by six states in central Africa, although they are not technically interchangeable.

Seba has in recent years organised many demonstrations against the CFA franc, which his Facebook page describes as "an economic and political scandal of the colonial establishment which is killing our people".

He is no stranger to brushes with the law -- particularly in France where two groups he founded, Tribu K and Jeunesse Kemi Saba, were banned for "racist and anti-Semitic" ideology.

He has also acknowledged being friends with controversial French comedian Dieudonne who has been convicted for racist and anti-Semitic remarks.

Cuba: Canadian diplomat struck by headaches and hearing loss

The diplomats who experienced the symptoms were based in Havana

Canada's foreign ministry is investigating after at least one of its diplomats stationed in Cuba was treated for hearing loss and headaches.

It comes a day after the US said its diplomats in Havana were experiencing strange physical symptoms.

Reports suggest the envoys could have been targeted by a covert sonic device that causes hearing loss.

Havana denies the allegation, but the US has removed two Cuban diplomats from Washington in retaliation.

"Cuba has never, nor would ever, allow the Cuban territory to be used for any kind of action against accredited diplomats or their families," Cuba's foreign ministry said.

Did you know Museveni is a Tutsi?
You want some proofs of the genocide and crime against humanity the Tutsi regime is responsable for? Go to Kigali and ask to visit the prisons.
Go to the southern part of the DRC ask questions.

FYI, I know one of the tutsi who planned the framing of Habiarimana' s relative in Quebec Canada in the mid 1990' s.
They said the man threatened them on an Underground ( Metro). It was a set up on purpose to pressure the Canadian government to expel the guy although he had a canadian citizenship and was married to a canadian woman with whom he had a child. He fought in court for years but was expelled.
Tutsi think for them having sharp noses they are close to white people , they refer to Hutu as retarded Bantu from West Africa who deserve nothing but being enslaved.
