So sad to hear such a horrific news in this modern era.
Genocide against christians in DRC , yet the world press is not giving it the much desired attention, and the world leaders are not doing much to stop these senseless killings of innocent people.
The reason is simple: Muslims invaded Europe in early 8th century and stayed there for 800 years. That is a lot.
Many Europeans are of Muslims descent, that could explain why Europeans are kind of "Muslimish ",
AI overview
Muslims invaded Europe in 711 AD when they conquered the Iberian Peninsula (modern-day Spain and Portugal), marking the beginning of significant Muslim presence in the continent; this invasion was led by the Arab general Tariq ibn Ziyad.
Key points about the Muslim invasion of Europe:
Region: The primary area of Muslim conquest in Europe was the Iberian Peninsula, which they renamed "al-Andalus."
Leaders: The invasion was led by the Arab general Tariq ibn Ziyad.
Impact: This invasion established a period of nearly 800 years of Muslim rule in Spain.

Joy Reid fired from MSNBC amid network shakeup
February 25, 20257:59 AM ET

Political commentator and television host Joy Reid has been fired from her position at MSNBC, where she anchors her show The ReidOut. The move comes as the network is restructuring its programming.

"Joy Reid is leaving the network and we thank her for her countless contributions over the years," MSNBC president Rebecca Kutler said in a memo to staff.

"Her work has been recognized with several esteemed honors, including most recently, the 2025 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding News Series. In the coming weeks, rotating anchors will host the hour."

In a statement on Bluesky, Reid thanked her supporters and announced a final show airing on Tuesday night.

"I just want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out with kindness and encouragement, both personally and in these social media streets," she wrote. "So very proud of The Reidout @joy.msnbc.com team, who are truly family, and all of our supporters & friends."

Reid, who is Black, has been an outspoken voice in progressive politics and a sharp critic of President Trump.

In a recorded Zoom interview with the organization Win With Black Women on Monday, Reid broke down in tears, describing the anger and disappointment she felt at losing her job.

"But in the end, where I really land, and where I've landed on today is just gratitude," Reid said, wiping away tears. "Not just because people would take the time to get on a call like this or to take care of me. But also that my show had value."

If they take over all the wealth in DR Congo, guess what will happen: They will be able to buy fighter Jets, military drones,

February 22 at 8:22 AM ·
In a horrifying act of brutality, at least 70 Christians were found beheaded in a Protestant church in the Democratic Republic of Congo’s North Kivu Province. The attack was reportedly carried out by militants from the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), an Islamist terrorist group linked to the Islamic State (ISIS). According to reports by a local civil society, Radio Okapi, the victims, who included women, children, and the elderly, were beheaded with machetes, and their hands were tied behind their backs. ADF rebels, originally from Uganda, have been active in the eastern DRC, particularly in North Kivu. #DWAfrica

We saw how many Africans fought for Kofi Anan to be appointed Secretary general of the United Nations.
Remember what he did once in office: he worked against African on behalf of the west.
He destroyed Ivory Coast by supporting the criminal Muslim militia take over the country
with the help of the French.

We saw how millions of Africans celebrated when Barack Obama became president of United States .
What followed was a big catastrophe to Africa: There was blood everywhere and a big push
for LGBTQ + culture.

So whether the new pope is Black or not, we don't care. We even have to fear if he becomes pope he will ask African
priests to bless gay marriage. After Barack Obama and Kofi Anan we don't need another Trojan horse.

She stole big, that crooked woman.

US returns $50m in alleged stolen funds to Nigeria
10 January 2025,
BBC
Chris Ewokor in Abuja & Natasha Booty in London

Close to $53m (£43m) in alleged illicit funds recovered from Nigeria's former oil minister Diezani Alison-Madueke among others will be used to fund public services, the country's justice ministry says.
The money is being sent back to Nigeria from the US, whose authorities allege that Alison-Madueke enriched herself, and others, while leading Nigeria's state oil firm by awarding contracts in exchange for bribes.
The US alleged that the money was then used to buy a 65m (213ft) superyacht called the Galactica Star plus multiple luxury properties in California and New York.
Alison-Madueke, 64, has always denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
Her alleged ill-gotten gains are also under scrutiny in the UK, where two years ago she was charged with bribery offences including gifts of Louis Vuitton luxury goods, payment of private school fees, and at least $127,000 in cash.
A key figure in the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan, she also served as the first female president of the oil exporters group Opec.
Her time as Nigeria's minister of petroleum resources began in 2010 and ended in 2015. She previously served as transport minister, and the minister for solid minerals and steel development.

Good to see those warmonger European vampires getting stuck.
No more war, the world enough of your nonsense and destruction.

Trump gives Europe three weeks to sign Ukraine’s ‘surrender’
A member of the European Parliament has claimed that Donald Trump has given Europe three weeks to sign Ukraine's "surrender."

Earlier this week, the United States and Russia began peace negotiations in Saudi Arabia without inviting Ukraine to the table.

As the conflict approaches its fourth year, Donald Trump is eager to reach a peace agreement quickly and is pressuring Ukraine to accept a deal negotiated without its involvement—an unthinkable option for Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

In a post shared on X, Mika Aaltola, a Finnish parliamentarian from the European People's Party, wrote that the United States had issued an ultimatum to the European Union to "accept the terms of Ukraine's surrender."

The Nordic politician was referring to the bilateral agreement being negotiated exclusively between Washington and Moscow.
"Trump prioritizes Russia's security concerns now and in the future. Let them own their mess. We have three weeks to grow up," Mika Aaltola added.

Sanctioning Drivers of Violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Press Statement

Tammy Bruce, Department Spokesperson

February 20, 2025

The United States is sanctioning today two individuals and two entities linked to violence and human rights abuses in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). This action includes designation of Rwanda’s Minister of State for Regional Integration James Kabarebe and the M23 and the Congo River Alliance spokesperson Lawrence Kanyuka Kingston, alongside two of Kanyuka’s companies, Kingston Fresh and Kingston Holding.

Since mid-December 2024, the Rwanda-backed armed group M23 has expanded its control through DRC territory, seizing the North Kivu provincial capital of Goma on January 27 and the South Kivu provincial capital of Bukavu on February 16. This aggression has undermined the territorial integrity of the DRC. With Rwanda’s support, it has also threatened, injured, killed, and displaced thousands of innocent civilians, cost the lives of three UN peacekeepers and wounded several others. This violence risks escalating into a broader regional conflict.

Today’s action underscores the need for Rwanda to return to negotiations under the Angola-led Luanda Process to achieve a resolution to the conflict in eastern DRC. The United States calls on the leaders of Rwanda to end their support for M23, itself already designated by both the United States and the UN, and withdraw all Rwandan Defense Force troops from DRC territory. We call on Rwanda to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the DRC. We also urge the Governments of Rwanda and the DRC to hold accountable those responsible for human rights violations and abuses. The persistence of conflict impedes economic development and dissuades U.S. businesses from investing in both Rwanda and the DRC—a loss for the region and the American people.

The Department of the Treasury took actions pursuant to Executive Order (E.O.) 13413, as amended by E.O. 13671. For more information on today’s action, see Treasury’s press release.

Looks like Americans have to starve in the streets for Israel to live !
Is it a crime to work for your government ? This is just stu-pid.
What type of common sense is that ?
Will there be any politician in America to confront the Trump administration of that issue?
If Trump wants to succeed, he has to avoid being one-sided.

Ali Youssouf ,the new Chairperson of the African Union is from Djibouti a country that sold itself to foreign
military bases.

Big time disgrace ! We Africans are in big trouble again in the hands of our crooked entrenched politicians.
How can a leader from a country that leases itself to foreign countries defend the interests of
Africa?

The number of foreign bases in Djibouti ranges between 8 to 11 bases, depending on which sources you consult. The most important base, and the oldest, is the French base.

The most prominent bases in Djibouti currently are:

France: France maintains its largest foreign military base outside of its borders in Djibouti. About 1,500 soldiers are deployed at the base, performing counter-terrorism missions and guarding nearby sea lanes.

United States: Camp Lemonnier is the primary base of operations for the United States Africa Command in the Horn of Africa.

China: China has a military base in the port of Doraleh — an extension of the Port of Djibouti — 5 km west of Djibouti City. It is affiliated with the Navy Department of the Chinese People's Liberation and is essential in developing Chinese capabilities on the high seas

Japan: Japan’s Maritime Self-Defence Force base is located in Ambouli. The Japanese Parliament (the National Diet) approved in 2009 the Anti-Terrorism Law, which allowed the deployment of Japanese forces in the country.

Nigeria is a regional even Continental superpower , like it or not.
DR Congo can also become a continental superpower.
Both are natural resource - rich countries with a huge population that can drive
a profitable market.
Western countries hate that because they know if those countries perform at their outmost potential
they will lift all countries south of the Sahara. Reason why huge amount of money is spent
to fund bandits disguised either as Jihadists or as M23.

Trump Immigration

The 1,691 farms of Kern County, California, should have been alive with movement in the predawn hours one morning last month. But instead, on one January day, the fields were eerily quiet.

News of Operation Return To Sender spread quickly. The day before, federal agents in unmarked SUVs implemented Trump immigration orders, detaining unsuspecting farm workers and leaving behind an abandoned harvest and a community in angst.

As the Trump administration ramps up immigration enforcement, the undocumented farmworkers who sustain the $1.53 trillion U.S. agricultural industry— comprising 42% to 50% of the workforce— are living in heightened fear of deportation.

“We’re hitting every sanctuary city right now,” said Tom Homan, Trump’s “border czar” on January 23, referencing cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Houston and Chicago that limit cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Farmers and industry specialists fear that stricter deportation policies could lead to severe labor shortages, disrupting food production and driving up consumer prices.

A February 10th research note from Goldman Sachs cautioned that agriculture would be among the industries most vulnerable to President Trump’s immigration crackdown, which aims to ramp up deportations to approximately 500,000 per year. The American Immigration Council estimates that mass deportation could displace approximately 224,700 farmworkers.

“The key risk is probably not a scenario in which annual deportations reach into the millions, but one where an immigration crackdown creates a climate where employers are afraid to employ unauthorized immigrants or unauthorized immigrants are afraid to go to work, potentially leading many to stay out of the workforce or even to leave the U.S. on their own,” said Goldman Sachs’ Chief Economist, Jan Hatzius.

The Nigerian government has condemned Canada for denying visas to its senior military officers, including the head of the military.
Chief of Defence Staff Gen Christopher Musa said half of his delegation, who were supposed to be in Canada for an official assignment on Wednesday, were left in Nigeria after not getting the correct paperwork.
Interior Minister Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo condemned the action by Canadian officials, terming it "disrespectful" to the West African country.
The Canadian High Commission in Nigeria said it was aware of the matter but declined to give further details for "privacy reasons" on the specific individuals involved.
