The imported grapes n apples you buy on the road side are not the natural type. They have been genetically modified to enhance taste,color etc. And the seeds have been made sterile,even if you plant them here or anywhere else in the world they can NEVER germinate!

Is he or she in your vicinity? Can u inspect the dog first? I don't think it matters if he/she is involved in exam scam. I don't think it has anything to do with your purchase from him. My advice to you is to see with your own eyes and don't pay in advance for anything whatsoever. And if you're not experienced try n go with someone who can verify the breed so the seller doesn't sell you a pretty looking mongrel

A LOT of research need to be done and a LOT of standards set. It's not gonna be easy but its a good idea. An example of research and standards is getting to differentiate our own local breeds. What makes the nigerian bingo different from the Ghanaian one n stuff like that.
