These banks don't charge interest! They only partner with you and collect their money back while maintaining about 1-10% of the ownership of the business depending on how much loan you want. THIS MEANS, they will ONLY borrow you money if your business is feasible and they can benefit on the long run from part of the profit you make for a limited amount of time.
My father has a business in Eleme, and he's paying an interest of 25% to a microfinance bank! This microfinance is owned by one of the strong church leaders he attends oh!
Simply because of covid19, his account is now showing debit, because he couldn't pay...I mean, this bank owned by a Christain didnt even care that my father's business was shut down, they kept texting, calling and even visited him at home. They have been eyeing his Pathfinder Jeep, and discussing its value right there infront of my father. Meaning my father wont be paying 2.5million for the 2 million naira he borrowed, if care is not taken he will have to pay roughly 2.75million or 3million by the end of the year. And he has already paid 1 million before the pandemic! Can you imagine!!! The parasitic banks in Nigeria are destroying the economy by killing small businesses! They prefer giving money out to government and politicians. Anyways, kudos to Umahi for seeing beyond the religious BS. Since the church is ONLY interested in reopening so they can continue doing magic shows and collecting tithes from their members, I think a serious leader won't mind engaging a far more sincere and positive religious institution even if it isnt christain-based.
I think i will open an account with one of this islamic bank sef once im around. I don't give a damn what any Christain thinks or say about Islamic banking, it is the most humane financial institution in the world!

Sowore actually needs help..

This man contested election and lost like his party didn't appear on the ballot paper. After elections, he was accused by party members of massive looting of hard-earned campaign funds. This is the same person who wants to lead revolution.

The m0r0n even wants to set himself ablaze out of frustration...As we all know, suicide is a crime in the Nigerian constitution, so his arrest is in order. You never can tell how many m0r0ns like him would want to roast their skin for few days fame(which of course will come after death)...as the most common kind of followership we have in this country is blind followership.

I don't have a problem with his so called revolution but with the supporters of this revolution. Majority of his supporters are from the condemned end of the country and we all know whatever they support fails in the end..If you are really interested in a positive change, start from your various local governments and states. your local government chairmen and governors are busy shaping their present and future with what is meant to shape your present and future..and all you lots can do is to leave your states to settle in other people's states wherein you complain as if you were sold to them as slaves ...

...And when the government of the day tries to prosecute them, you guys flood social media with jargons as if the country belongs to the criminals you worship...it doesn't even stop there,..you guys even troop out in numbers chanting bunkums like "Our son is being witch-hunted", "Nigeria will burn if our son is not released and bla bla bla"...

Lastly to my misguided brothers from the condemned end, if you really care about this country, you would have thought about revolution when the drunk hat-man was in power, when he and his shapeless wife ran this country like it was a beer parlour...but No, you guys won't! because you benefitted from the rot in the system the most. There is no doubt that Mr. Omoyele Sowore has right as a Nigerian citizen to question the government on its policies and protest against it.

He had earlier tried to sell his political agenda through the ballot box but unfortunately failed to agree and collaborate with other young people to convince majority of Nigerians to vote for him.

What is a bit of concern is why the same Omoyele Sowore who couldn't work with other young politicians now found it right and comfortable to subtly and covertly collaborate with Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Kwakwasiya movement and other divisive organizations to organize "Revolution Now" and "Days of Rage" in a period when there have been SUSPICIOUS increase in high-profile kidnapping and assassinations.

Big man, I like your comment but about the election coalation with other young candidates is a very crafty situation.. I can tell you for free that those young candidates all came to pull AAC down..if any of them had Nigeria at heart he would step down and support Sowore..I have facts about what am telling you, eg. Check the poll on presidential dabate that Sowore came 3rd, with that result if you divide Sowores vote on that poll into 4 he will still beat any of the new candidate meaning he is far ahead of all of them.. This is just 1 example remember.

you know I am starting to think sowore just like nnamdi kanu are inside men who just turn up out of the blue when an agenda has to be pushed by the government. i think both of them are CIA agents. immediately after the election he disappeared without saying a word after he has accomplished his agenda and then now all of a sudden he shows up again when they are swearing in ministers.
