AndSunGorilla: Ehn but he didn't talk about Amuneke now. And yes it was obvious Oliseh was too hot headed. Because how can you explain only him fighting at two different jobs, given the remarkable job he did in Holland only to use ego to bungle everything. I would love to hear Mikel's views om Keshi and Siasia too. I think he liked Siasia though as he bankrolled the U23 Olympic team in the US and that Olympic sort of cost him his place in Chelsea and things went downhill from there.
Also, I think Mikel is a complete gentleman and he had a good rapport with the team as captain. The only thing is, he himself isn't interested in coaching. Hope he gets some training on management and maybe might just be like another Emenalo. Mikel jokingly said he isn’t interested in coaching cus he can’t bear the pain of being sacked 🤣 He said he is likely to return to football on administrative level and if given the chance he will love to work with the nff Like you suggested I think he will do well if he follow the route of Emenalo. |

Marjoribanks: There was verified info from some journos that the plays complained that He (Amuneke) talks too much for a Senior National team coach. He is better as an underage coach. Amuneke good na wey em dey jobless for sometime now? Na only here few will remind u he was mates with pep and others during his coaching certification in europe and I wonder how that equates to being a good coach 🤣 |

Marjoribanks: Thank you Mikel! Olise, Amuneke etc should not be allowed near the Super Eagles!
Finidi George is the only one with the temperament and experience to coach the Super E! I hv made reference to this couple of times here but emotional and sentimental folks attacked me Our ex internationals are full of jealousy, hate and naturally dubious which makes me to hv no faith in any |

BascoVanVeli: That means u don't watch Fulham. Tosin is a mistake waiting to happen on the ball. Asking him to do anything outside of passing sideways is asking for a problem. Tosin and Semi are both tall guys who dominate aerialy so u acting like they are night and day is just cap. Baba no insult but I go advise mk u concentrate in monitoring the progress of our NPLF clubs/players 🤣🤣🤣 Tosin hv been magnificent for Fulham and one of the best CBs in the Epl towards the end of last year For you to not rate him implies u no Dey watch Fulham games |

BascoVanVeli: I'll take Semi over Tosin. For me they cancel each other out defensively but Semi is much better on the ball. 😳 |

2innocent: I won't be surprised if Ndidi's relevance in the team drops. Onyedika n Alhassan are great defensive midfielders n will make us forget Ndidi, but that's if the coach will not go n play iwobi in DM🤣🤣 Alhassan isn’t a natural CDM but a CM/B2B midfielder just like ex Le Blue dynamo Kante Pairing Onyedika as CDM with Alhassan as b2b/CM then Iwobi as the CAM won’t be bad The most ideal midfield trio with Ndidi been out are Onyedika, Onyeka and Iwobi. Aribo is better on the ball and more creative than Onyeka but the Brentford man has more grit and agility to help in midfield when the team is chasing possession |

Mikel Obi does not want to become Super Eagles coach for fear of getting sacked.
“I would love to get involved with the Super Eagles, but not as a manager.
" I don’t want to get sacked, and I don’t think I can handle that very well.
" I want to be involved with the national team as someone trying to fix the problems from the top,” the former Super Eagles captain said on CNN.

mrwilliams9: To be honest. Akanji, Saka, Musiala and Olise were/are very unlikely to be won over by the SE. Leave the fact that afrobeats and Naija culture is now “cool” / en vouge. 10 years ago when most of these players were teens, being African wasn’t as cool as it is today in the West. Most of the Euro dual nationals have more affinity to their Euro nations.
To me, Eze is the more painful one because there was genuine interest on his part but we failed to act quickly enough. And he’s the type of midfielder we need that can pick out a pass, drive with the ball but is also good on set pieces.
With Alaba, I heard there was some promise early on but once he was established at Bayern, Austria did the needful.
Tomori is another one I’m hurt about. Our CBs need a massive upgrade and I could have seen him being a stalwart for us for many years to come.
We have to start acting like France/England and capping the dual nationals we think have potential early on. Tosin at Fulham should be one of the first on our list of players to flip. soon dem go tag u asslicker 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |

IDENNAA: Although they play the same wing and similar in style but I will never compare them. It's very difficult to compare them but I think Saka operates better in a tight space. Olise has the edge in dead ball and long range balls. Olise is very good in tight space and more versatile just like Chelsea Cole Palmer (both can functions as CMs and CAMs as well) Also Olise can create from every part of the field. Just the way Mahrez was underrated until he joined city, Olise’s talent will be more obvious when he moves to a bigger club next summer hopefully |

Kog45: Yes I know you preferred Olise and I rate Olise highly too.
I got your point of view but your analytical thinking on (IF)Saka in Crystal Palace showed total disrespect to a 22 years old with 32 caps and 11 goals. he has those number because he is the best England can boast of currently in that position |
