So I have never been to south Dakota before but I do know one thing for a fact... It is one of the coldest region of America almost close to Alaska but not as bad as Alaska.the summers are hot and mostly clear and the winters are freezing, snowy, windy, and partly cloudy for a fact..

Also do more research on how the school is the weather and the environment and then start reaching out to the school to look for job as an international student because believe me when I say the small change u dey carry come no go do u anything so start email ur school look for job because you go need am and e go help u py ur bills it will be a life saver for u.

Also like I did earlier quick find campus job so dem go fit issue you social security work permit so you go fit get drivers license and credit card to fit start boost your credit score..

Well I will try and answer as best as I can.
Yes American school fees for tuation is very expensive and it depends on the state you intend to come for your studies. Some state are just so expensive that you will see their school fees even for international student very affordable but the cost of living i.e rent feeding bills like internet light etc is too expensive it takes all your money.

So my advice to cut cost, it would be best if you do your research and know which school is safe for international student. Some state in America is a no go for mostly international African students.. also if you do your research well it would help you a long way.

But if you need help on how best to go about it and if you need professional assistance I sure have somebody who is very good it's what he does he owns a travel agency and he was the one who helped me in the process on how to beat go bout my student visa..

It's the Nigerian system.. it's everywhere jor.. here in America to even renew passport na wahala so we don give up self very slow and stupid system.

I really can't tell but from what I know Finland doesn't need school fees as it in part of the EU countries where education is free all in respective of where you from. School fees is free and if you lucky you get some scholarships from the school additional free money in your pocket... So in summary, it depends on the school you going and the part of Finland you will be going reason is because expenses differs in different state in Finland. But if you do you research well you will be surprised how much you will save..

Back then before I left Nigeria for America I was thinking you need to have minimum of 9 to 10 million lol but for my case it was way less because I had the right connection and information to do it the right way so bro all you need is proper information and you will be surprised how far you can go with that info

However there is a Big BUT, the Way forward is for a new kind of fuel, or HYBRID,90% of EVs you see on the road as we speak are all Hybrids, take for example your local Taxi in the US and UK Toyota Pious, they all HYBRID. howmany Full electric toyota taxi have you seen?
In London the only True EV we see are the LT aka Black cab and they all based in the city(Central London)

4, way more job opportunity and more profit in cost production of EV cars to that of petroleum cars. 5 EV cars are more sophisticated in terms of advanced technology when comprered to gas cars.

And Nigerians have to start thinking another alternative to petroleum cause we going to get it hard if we don't go into full time battery productions for both phones and cars we have all the natural resources.
