This case is easy. People have paid for music IP theft without video evidence sef. A lot.

You don’t understand how music works. His claim is that they remade his beat. If Teni was under contract then and he can prove that even the chords are same, SONY will take down that music.
Producing a song and recording(voicing) are 2 different things.
Shizzy is not claiming the song was recorded in his studio. His claim is that the instrumental was birthed by him. And from what I have heard from the 2 instruments, he has a solid case.
People should stop egging Teni on because some musicians have paid for lesser IP theft. She should just let this die down.

Did you actually listened to the beat Shizzi dropped, listen carefully, note the chords and progression, now compare it with Davido IF and Fall is there any difference, same beat was used on one of Kizz daniel song which wasn't produced by Shizzi.

If was produced by Tekno in 2017
Fall by Kiddominant in 2019
Case was released in 2018

I hope you note the years, now on IP, when Shizzi finally makes the mistake of asking sony to bring the song down, how about Teni producer coming up with a defence by tendering Davido IF song which was produced before CASE and had the same chords, Don't you think Tekno should be the one suing Shizzi for IP theft since he used his Chords.

Shizzi doesn't have anything to win this case, producers are always fond of copying other producers chords tho some might change and finetune it...

Teni never recorded the song with him, there's no proof to that, she freestyled on a beat which she can equally do to any beat been played to her by any producer, not forgetting that she bought herself out of the contract with Shizzi.

So with all this if you were to be a judge will the case still be of an IP theft or defamation of character against Shizzi.

You really need the rest, that bridge was fixed in 2016 by Fatai Ahmed, 5 years after ask yourself if there won't be need for repairs.

Saraki was the governor from 2003 - 2011, so you mean 10years after there shouldn't have been reconstruction or proper maintenance and fixing of things he did as the governor.
This same bridge was repaired in 2016, did the current governor ever thought of repairing it, there has been an outcry since even before it got to the media, or he's still going around destroying state properties built by past administrations and witch hunting those that are against him.

Poland will be advisable, based on
1. Poland is a Schengen country, which means she will be able to travel freely to other Schengen countries if she felt the need to have a change in environment.

2. The cost of living in Poland is still on the minimal side which will aid in her saving and also living a good life.

3. Getting a Job in Poland is a bit easy as Polish citizens prefer to emigrate to EU countries, cus they feel they don't earn much PLN to sustain their heavy lifestyle, stats on LinkedIn shows over 100k vacancy lately.

Well, it all depends on what she want as she should be the final decider on where she find and feel she's going to be comfortable with and adapt quickly to their culture.
And any country she chooses she should start sending applications on LinkedIn and connecting to HRs , as this will ease things for her when she gets there.

The only thing she might have issues with is getting a PR in Poland, but since she's gonna use either of the countries as a stepping stone to a 1st world country, i see no biggie to getting the PR.
