Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is one governor that likes taking loan's from Banks, despite the huge IGR and the montly federal allocation.To cap it all he owes workers pension not to mention the near state of collapse of infrastructures in the state.

Now that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has plunged Delta state into debt,where will the governor elect get the necessary fund to govern the state.
