NwaAmaikpe:u mean Land use Act of 1978, if yes u can only take peoples land if it is for public use..e.g u want to build schools, hospitals. However due compensation must have been paid to the people.. U can't take people's land for private use...#illegal 3 Likes |

The head of the Judiciary is theChief Justice, The A.G is the Government Lawyer and Minister of Justice... The A.G is a Member of the Bar (Lawyer) while the C.J, belongs to the Bench... (Judge) To me the Chief Justice is more powerful than The A.G. Federal High Court Judge can send the A.G to Prison for Contempt the A.G goes to Court like any other Lawyer, conduct his case(s) like any other Lawyer, even when he's in Court he has to bow before MY LORDSHIP(S).. |
