Let us be frank with ourselves, INEC should take 90% of the blame for shaddy preparation and costly assumption. After all the money collected they cann't envisage such logistic problem. Why is it on tail end of conducting general election should voters registration be done? Any training /demonstration on how to use DDC machine and finger print scanning prior to registration? Do they test those machine to see their efficiency after arrival in Nigeria? Under what condition were they stored? Now we are in harmattarn season that everything got frozen and dusty. Are they supply with alternate power source in case their battery completely discharge. Most Nigerians check their e-mail and join social network via browsing mobile handset. They didn't  go to school to learn how to operate computer  and running scanning machine . One day demonstration in their presence would have put them through. If all of the above were not done, INEC should keep quiet.

I did what you suggested concerning the black screen on my laptop.
It did not remove the black colour.
There is this popped up message that says my window 7 is not genuine. Perhaps the cause of the black screen.

Hello fellow nairalanders.
Recently; i made attempt to upgrade my operating system from Vista premium 32 bit to window 7 ultimate 32bit.
I purchased the software at computer village. Installation was successful with movement of original operating system and other files from recovery
partition D to window.old. The recovery partition D was empty without any documents. It works well; but i discovered that my HP quick launch button and HP support softwares are no longer works with DVD player. I can play DVD with window media player on window 7 but only small portion of my screen(15.4inch) was occupied on playing despite on full screen view. I tried to update my drivers through window update in order to resolve above problems. Unfortunately; the window 7 software is not genuine and desktop screen was turned to black.
My laptop is HP pavillion dv5-1153ei. My questions are these.
1.Is there any means of removing the dark background from my screen? If Yes; how?
2. Can i change back to original vista from recovery partition that has been moved to window.old? Mind you; i bought it fairly use without the softwares
3. How can l make the video to cover the whole of my screen while playing DVD?

Mind you this is official statement from the culprit(the deceased son) and not the police findings nor outcome of their investigation.

Please; you get it wrong. It is certainly morally wrong for citizens of a country to call their president a fool in public forum where millions all over the World read.
The president represents the whole country. Your statement reflects that Nigerians are foolish including your mother, father, brothers and sisters.
Everyone has differed notions. It doesn't mean because you don't agree with me in certain areas then am a fool. You can disagree but that doesn't make your opponents a fool. A fool will always stick to his own opinion in presence of multitude facts. A fool will always believe he is always right. A fool believes that his opinion is the best and must see the end of the day. For the president to reverse his decision; it shows he is a wise man. To me something is fishing about the whole issue. All this while nobody has set his eyes on Yaradua. Neither has he communicates with Nigerians. A man on life support can not be in Aso Rock. He must be in hospital with Life support machine mount over HIM. Why will Saudia Arabia prevents our FEC from seeing him in the hospital. It seems to me everything is not alright. Perhaps this Man is dead. The cabals are only playing with Nigerian intelligence. Our So called NASS allows this to happen to us and put us into mockery before the whole World. Yaradua is a public figure and every Nigeria should have access to him.
His Health status should be investigated and rule out his capability to rule this country.  The way i see things now is the cabal wants to undermine the acting president power. They will expect every decision to be verified by invisible Yaradua before implementing. They will expect every bill to be sent to unseen Yaradua before seeing the light of the day. They will argue that invisible Yaradua has the final say to every decision of the present cabinet. This is another constitutional crisis. Am ashamed of this country. Something must be done to save this country from the gripped of this evil fellows.

Surely; you are referring to missing of one of your testes. When did you discover this? How old are you when you discovered this? You digress from the topic on this thread. The topic is how to trade on Nigerian NSE not global stocks. If you have useful information on this; provide it for the benefit of the members. Right now; I don't think such exist in Nigerian NSE. To establish this; there must be market markers and your broker(s) must have a trading platform to execute such trade. Most existing Stock broker firms in Nigeria don't have the technology nor the capital involves to establish this. This is one of the reasons for initial recapitalization of our market operators that was about to be instituted by SEC. How many stock broker firms in Nigeria have the software for data analysis and charting for execution of trade? we have a long way to go my brothers. May God takes us there! (Amen).
